According to The Wrap, the remake of the 1999 teen comedy – which originally starred Freddie Prinze Jr., Rachael Leigh Cooke and Paul Walker – will reportedly be directed by Kenny Leon and produced by Spike Lee‘s wife, Tonya Lewis Lee.
The original movie, which grossed just over $100 million worldwide at the box office, also starred Anna Paquin, Usher, Matthew Lillard, Kieran Culkin, Gabrielle Union, Dule Hill, Alexis Arquette and Lil' Kim.

The Weinstein Company and Miramax are developing a remake of “She’s All That,” the hit teen comedy that saw Freddie Prinze Jr. and Paul Walker vying for the affections of Rachael Leigh Cooke, multiple individuals familiar with the project have told TheWrap. Kenny Leon will direct the remake, which Spike Lee‘s wife, Tonya Lewis Lee, will produce under her Tonik Productions banner. Miramax will also produce the remake, having released the original 1999 movie, which grossed more than $100 million worldwide. Just days after NBC confirmed Sean Hayes was heading back in front of the camera in a comedy for the network comes news that his "Will & Grace" co-star, Eric McCormack, has a new series in the works too.
