They also appeared in a live Q&a and autograph signing. See the photo, posted by D’Onofro on X (formerly known as Twitter).

It was just after Thanksgiving last year that we received the exciting news that Paul Thomas Anderson––who turns 53 today––was set to embark on his tenth narrative feature this summer. While a few casting call details provided insight into what we may expect, the project has otherwise been shrouded in secrecy as expected, despite some baseless rumors he could be adapting Thomas Pynchon’s Vineland. While production has been delayed due to the WGA strike, we have our first notable update in some time.

In a bid to see marketing thought about earlier in the production process,
Carnival Studio has put together a best practice guide to creating key art. Creative director Demi Hopkins chats to Jackie Keast about the impetus behind it.
Often an audience’s first introduction to a film or TV show is via its poster. Equally, it can be a project’s most enduring image.
Key art may be regarded as a project’s public face. If it’s strong and eye-catching, it should pique interest and communicate to an audience what it is about.
However, Carnival Studio creative director Demi Hopkins has identified that often planning for key art and other marketing collateral starts not at the beginning of the pre-production process, but after a project has wrapped.
At that stage, he and his team might be handed a hard drive of images and asked to piece together the poster from unit photography.

Ginger Gonzaga has joined Marvel Studios’ “She-Hulk” in a main role, an individual with knowledge of the project told TheWrap.
Gonzaga will portray the best friend of Tatiana Maslany’s Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk on the Disney+ series. In the comics, Walters is close friends with Pasty Walker, who has been played by Rachael Taylor on Netflix’s “Jessica Jones.” Though the Netflix show was produced by Marvel Television rather than Marvel Studios, it supposedly exists inside the Marvel Cinematic Universe — meaning Gonzaga will likely be playing a different character than Walker.
Marvel Studios declined to comment.
Gonzaga recurred on Showtime’s “Kidding” and “I’m Dying Up Here,” and was a series regular on ABC’s short-lived “Mixology.”
“She-Hulk” centers on the titular heroine (Maslany), who develops her own unique Hulk powers after getting a blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo in the MCU). Ruffalo will reprise his role in the series,...

Ben Mingay.
When Ben Mingay awoke at 4 o’clock one morning, he checked his emails and saw he’d been sent the scripts for an ABC TV comedy drama.

One of the biggest reasons we're going to miss Jessica Jones, of which there are many, is that the show has always treated its female characters with care. They're fully fleshed-out, realistic, flawed, sympathetic, powerful, and above all, wildly interesting. Though the series mainly revolves around Jessica (Krysten Ritter) and all her complexities as a superhero, lately, the show has been at its most compelling when it's examining her relationships with the women in her life, like Jeryn Hogarth (Carrie-Anne Moss) and her foster sister, Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor).
It's the latter bond that is put to the test for most of season two and into season three, with Trish struggling to accept that 1.) she'll never be as physically powerful as her sister, and 2.) that her views on morality are far more black and white than Jessica's are. This disagreement is at the forefront of their dynamic in season three,...

(Spoilers ahead for the season 3 finale of Marvel’s “Jessica Jones” on Netflix)
Over the past four years, Netflix tried to carve out its own corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to call its own — ostensibly it was just as much a part of the McU as the movies but they ended up staying separate, with Netflix ending up with owning more or less its own smaller scale Marvel universe. But now, with “Jessica Jones” season 3, that universe has ended. At least as far as we know.
The season finale of “Jessica Jones” season 3 can function well enough as a series finale, but since it doesn’t involve any kind of big teamup among all the different heroes we’ve seen on these shows over the years — Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Colleen Wing, Misty Knight, the Punisher, etc. — it certainly doesn’t feel like a universe finale.

No deep spoilers if you are still planning a weekend binge (though I do suggest you check out my review here), but the 13-episodes of the Krysten Ritter starring series have the rather fortune of a true goodbye on-screen and for the title character and others portrayed by Rachael Taylor, Eka Darville and Carrie-Anne Moss as well. “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” gets off on the wrong foot in Season 3 and stays there until the lackluster end. Exhibiting the worst tendencies of the now-dead Marvel-Netflix franchise, the first two episodes get stuck repeating themselves, bloating their thin stories and familiar themes to exhaustion while star Krysten Ritter does all she can to add a little bit of life to the proceedings. But like the canceled franchise it’s closing out, “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” feels like a walking husk of itself in Season 3 — a zombie that’s still standing, out of obligation more than desire.
The central paradox of Season 3 is defined in the first scene, when Jessica Jones (Ritter) finds herself on a sunny beach in Mexico ripping a child from her father’s arms. You see, the dad doesn’t have parental rights anymore, so it’s illegal for him to take his daughter on an international vacation.

(Warning: The following story contains spoilers about the entirety of “Jessica Jones” season 3)
“Jessica Jones,” which debuted its third and final season on Netflix Friday, gets to do something that no other Marvel/Netflix series got to: Actually craft an ending.
“We didn’t get canceled in the middle of the night as a shock,” star Krysten Ritter told TheWrap. “This show is deeply personal and has been a psychological character study of Jessica Jones. We’ve spent a lot of time with her and I think that this length of storytelling is perfect and fitting.”
By now, it’s known that Netflix pulled the plug on the four-year partnership with Marvel that began with 2015’s “Daredevil” (more on that here), but Ritter said that they were lucky enough to know that their show wasn’t going to continue past its third season. The final Marvel Netflix show, Jessica Jones season 3 is what happens when the our hero learns the hard way to never read the comments.
This Jessica Jones season 3 review is based on the first eight episodes and contains No spoilers.
“You still a hero if nobody thinks you are?” Trish asks Jessica in the first half of Marvel's Jessica Jones season 3. After years of ambivalence about her special powers, and after having lost her mother to her own uncontrollable super-rage, the private eye is reluctantly trying to be the kind of hero her mother envisioned: “someone who gives a shit and does something about it.” Of course, the moment that Jessica decides she wants to give this hero thing a go, every random person with a smartphone is ready to tell her how wrong she is.

It's been a wild ride, Jessica Jones Fanatics, but the Netflix hit has just one more season remaining.
As such, the trailer for Jessica Jones Season 3 has been released, and it looks like we're in for an angst-filled conclusion as the titular heroine gears up for one final battle.
What's the final season about?

The villain looks set to push Jessica to her limit. The trailer shows Jessica in a variety of terrifying situations.
It also shows her fraught relationship with Trish being, well, more fraught than ever before.

Now that all the Defenders have ventured off to cancellation pastures, Jessica Jones is looking to end her Marvel series on her own terms.

Netflix has released the full trailer for Jessica Jones Season 3, and it looks like this final season will be the best of the series! I’ve enjoyed the first two seasons of this show, especially Krysten Ritter’s performance, and this last chapter looks like it’s going to be a super intense one.
When talking about the series, creator and showrunner Melissa Rosenberg tells EW that Jones is trying to embrace the hero within her, but as you’ll see in the trailer, it’s not going to be easy:
“She’s trying to look forward and build a future for herself and really finally put these hero powers and objective to the test. She’s actually really stepped into the position that her mother had hoped for her. Her mother believed that she had a hero in her, and defined heroes as ‘somebody who gives a shit and does something about it.

“Marvel’s Jessica Jones” only has 13 episodes left until it says goodbye to Netflix for good, and the streaming giant is kick-starting the final season’s marketing push with a cryptic date announcement and four brand new first look photos. The series is the final Marvel show that will air on Netflix now that the streaming giant has cancelled the series and its sister shows “Luke Cake,” “Iron Fist,” “The Punisher,” and “Daredevil.” The move proved heartbreaking for Netflix-Marvel fans, especially in the wake of “Daredevil’s” critically acclaimed third season.
Netflix’s official “Jessica Jones” Season 3 synopsis reads: “When Jessica (Krysten Ritter) crosses paths with a highly intelligent psychopath, she and Trish (Rachael Taylor) must repair their fractured relationship and team up to take him down. But a devastating loss reveals their conflicting ideas of heroism and sets them on a collision course that will forever change them both.
