[[tmz:video id="0_fvoceqxp"]] Lavar Arrington has a message for Michael Crabtree -- if you don't want people to snatch your chain on the field, don't wear it during games!! The former NFLer says Aqib Talib's decision to rip Crabtree's gold chain off during last Sunday's game was an "outright blatant move of disrespect," ... but says if jewelry is part of the uniform, it's M.C.'s own fault. Bottom line ... floss at your own risk. Read more...

[[tmz:video id="0_fw7v5dov"]] It's that time of the year again when nobody can agree on the College Football Playoff rankings ... so here's Lavar Arrington explaining why he believes the whole system is messed up. TMZ Sports spoke with the former Nittany Lion about the most recent Cfp rankings (Penn State is currently #7), and Arrington questions why conference champions might be left out of the Top 4. "Why even have conferences? There's no reason to have conferences. If we wanna get down to it,...

The absence of Cm Punk since the night after the Royal Rumble has led to a lot of questions about what he might do in his future. Would he be open to coming back to WWE or would he be willing to work for some other wrestling company? We don’t know those answers because Punk has been silent since he left WWE, but he has been seen at Ufc 170 on February 22nd. Punk has done some Mma training and has said many times that he’s a huge fan of the sport.
Ufc President Dana White was interviewed by Chad Dukes and Lavar Arrington on Friday afternoon for ChadDukesWrestling.com / CBS Radio DC 106.7. Here are the direct quotes from White on the subject of Cm Punk signing with Ufc.
White: “We have literally never talked about business.

Everyone and their mothers are talking about the NBA Draft today, because it represents infinite potential. Unless you're a Knicks fan. Forget November, when these kids will have to play actual NBA games (unless you're a Knicks pick!); for now, let's talk about upside. Let's talk about length. Let's talk about reachability. Let's talk freakish athletes. Let's get all sweaty homoerotic with these draft picks.
After a cold shower, we noticed that this year's draft seems to have a much higher human interest on the internets. Maybe it's because any clown can give the draft grades, but that's getting tiresome and worthless. Take CBS Sports, for example; they gave the Sacramento Kings an A+ for making an obvious pick of Thomas Robinson at number five. Also, aren't Robinson and DeMarcus Cousins naturally going to be a rebounding force without addressing chemistry/scoring issues? Also, why are the Kings rewarded for assembling a shitty team?...

Lavar Arrington is a former NFL linebacker who retired in 2007 and now writes the sports column Hard Hits for the Washington Post. His most recent column is a bit of departure for the sports commentator - it's an apology to alleged victim 4 in the Jerry Sandusky trial.
Sandusky is the former Penn State assistant football coach who is on trial for allegedly having sexual relationships with ten different young boys, whom he met via the Second Mile program for underprivileged youth in Pennsylvania.
Arrington writes in his piece (edited for length):
It's hard to believe I could feel any worse about the horrific situation at Penn State and the allegations against former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky. But when the trial opened yesterday, to my dismay, matters became even more personal.
One witness, identified as Victim 4 by the grand jury, mentioned me multiple times. He spoke of wearing my jersey...

Just days after "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga and her husband, Joe, put their custom-built New Jersey home on the market for $3.8 million, rumors that they were broke flooded the Internet. Now, Melissa is firing back, telling HuffPost Celebrity that there's no truth to the harsh allegations.
“The rumors that Joe and I can't afford our mortgage payments and bills are 100 percent false," Melissa said. "Since when does selling your house mean you are broke? We moved to Montville to be closer to Teresa [Giudice] and the cousins. We gave Montville a try, but ultimately we want to move back to Franklin Lakes before the kids reach an age where changing schools will have an effect on them. Plus, it’s closer to Joe’s work, and that’s where we see ourselves living in the long run.”
Still, rumors that the couple were living beyond their means in the Jersey mansion,...
