Jonny Blu is an longtime practitioner of the martial arts, holding black belt degrees in Shaolin Kung Fu, Kenpo and Limalama.
Jonny was the prom king of his class at Beverly Hills High
School.
Can read, write and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese.
He is the first non-Asian ever to have 3 Top Ten songs in the Hong
Kong/Chinese music market. And the songs were all written and produced
by Jonny.
On tour in the US to promote his most recent Swing/Pop Jazz CD release "Taboo!" (October 2009-Peer Music). (July 2010)
Debut Swing/Pop album "In Just That Kind of a Mood" was recently released by Universal Music/QL Music in Eastern Europe and is out-pacing sales of similar major label artists like Michael Buble and Peter Cincotti. (June 2008)

"In Just That Kind of a Mood", the title song from his debut Swing/Pop album, was featured on the 4th of July episode of the CBS soap "The Young and the Restless"! - two of his other songs were featured (July 2008)
In January 2014, Jonny Blu sang on the Beijing Television Spring Global Gala that has a viewership 3 times that of the Super Bowl (estimated at over 800 million viewers).
