“The Daily Show” correspondent Jordan Klepper attended yet another political rally to talk to Trump supporters about the state of the country, this time in Wisconsin. While there, he touched on the issues plaguing those voters the most, like the 2020 election fraud conspiracy.
“I’m not going to be a conspiracist or anything like that,” one woman told him. “But, I just watched a movie last week with Robin Williams in it. It was called ‘Man of the Year.’ And guess what? They had election fraud back then. The machines are switching to doing [things] electronically, and they were counting wrong.”
The 2006 film to which she refers stars Williams as a comedian and the host of a news satire program who decides to run for President, and a malfunction with a computerized voting machine gets him elected.

Trevor Noah had some questions for the United States during Tuesday’s episode of “The Daily Show” after learning that the federal government killed al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri with a drone strike this week.
“When you see stories about what America is capable of, there’s really no excuse for the amount of domestic terrorism in America,” the last night host said. “Because Zawahiri lived all the way in Afghanistan in some random safe house in the middle of nowhere, and America knew what time of day he liked to go out on his balcony.”
He continued, “But when a white supremacist posts on Facebook that he’s gonna murder everyone and then buys and Ar-15, everyone’s like ‘Oh, there was no way to stop this. If only he liked balconies.'”

Stephen Colbert managed to poke fun at China’s reaction to the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, visiting Taiwan, during his “Late Show” monologue on Tuesday night.
“See, tensions have been rising between the United States and China ever since the Chinese learned that Speaker Nancy Pelosi was planning a trip to Taiwan, which called into question America’s One China policy that acknowledges that Taiwan is part of China — but not really,” Colbert began, prompting chuckles from his studio audience.
“The threats from the Chinese government have not been subtle,” he continued of China’s response to her visit. “Last week, the Chinese warned that ‘those who play with fire will perish by it.’ Have you seen California? That’s not the threat it once was, China.”

Joe Biden announced a successful counterterrorism operation on Monday night, revealing that al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in an unmanned drone strike at a safe house in Kabul. And on Tuesday morning, the hosts of “The View” compared the president to a beloved action star because of it.
“We make it clear again tonight that no matter how long it takes, no matter where you hide, if you are a threat to our people, the United States will find you and take you out,” Biden said during his remarks from the White House. And those were strong — but welcome — words for the women of “The View.”
“Oh, he’s like Liam Neeson, right?” Joy Behar joked. “‘I will find you and I will kill you.'”
Meanwhile, moderator Whoopi Goldberg addressed Biden’s critics, sniping: “Well, you can’t snowflake him now. Can you?”
