Last week, the Daily Beast ran this headline: “Tulsi Gabbard’s Campaign Is Being Boosted by Putin Apologists”
That was followed by the sub headline: “The Hawaii congresswoman is quickly becoming the top candidate for Democrats who think the Russian leader is misunderstood.”
The Gabbard campaign has received 75,000 individual donations. This crazy Beast article is based on (maybe) three of them.
The three names are professor Stephen Cohen, activist Sharon Tennison and someone using the name “Goofy Grapes,” who may or may not have once worked for comedian Lee Camp,...

Actor and big-time Bernie Sanders supporter Tim Robbins ignited a bit of a Twitter frenzy on Monday when he alleged that “voter fraud” is to blame for some of the Vermont senator’s losses during his run for the Democratic presidential nomination. Robbins retweeted a meme by comedian Lee Camp essentially claiming that there’s a discrepancy between exit poll results, which favor Sanders, and election results in favor of Hillary Clinton. In case you’re not a numbers person, the message includes a strong accusation in bold white letters: “The election is being stolen,” says the meme, adding that...

Peter Joseph’s highly anticipated new film series inches towards its 2016 release.
By Alex Simon
In a time of great social strife and growing inequality and public outcry, it’s no wonder Peter Joseph's work has gained more and more prominence in the counter-culture each year. Love him or hate him, Joseph continues to challenge the “zeitgeist”, leading the charge towards a new society. Art is his weapon… and the thousands of dedicated fans don’t hurt either.
Peter Joseph is a producer who created the Zeitgeist Film Trilogy, a series of films critical of society and culture. These works exploded online starting in 2007 with millions of views and can now be found in major media outlets such as Netflix. His third film, Zeitgeist: Moving Forward, had the largest grassroots, non-profit theatrical release in history, with almost 350 screenings in 60 countries in 25 languages. While I may not agree with everything in his films,...

Liverpool came through a thorough Fa Cup fourth round examination from Championship club Bournemouth with Victor Moses and Daniel Sturridge scoring at Dean Court.
Eddie Howe’s Cherries made a swashbuckling start with Andrew Surman heading over. Brad Jones in the Reds goal had a torrid time from set pieces, palming over a dipping Simon Francis free kick in between dangerous corners.
Marc Pugh nodded into the side-netting from another set play on 20 minutes. Despite rarely threatening during the first quarter, Liverpool went close through Steven Gerrard’s dead ball and then caught their hosts on the counter.
Luis Suarez crossed from the right for winger Moses. His shot flew through the legs of Matt Ritchie and under Lee Camp on his near post. Bournemouth top scorer Lewis Grabban forced Jones into a low stops moments after the restart.
Harry Arter swerved a shot just wide after half an hour.

Championship club Afc Bournemouth have never beaten Liverpool in four previous attempts – all in the Fa Cup. Will their fifth ever meeting produce a giant-killing in the fourth round at Dean Court?
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers will hope to avoid such a banana skin on the eve of his 41st birthday. Cherries counterpart Eddie Howe is five years his junior, but both managers saw their own playing careers blighted by injury. Now they will be their coaching wits against one another.
Bournemouth boast a decent recent home record of just one defeat in the last two months. Nine goals have gone in during their four fixtures on their own patch since Christmas. Liverpool meanwhile have enjoyed mixed results on the road.
Defeats at Manchester City and Chelsea were sandwiched between big scoring wins away at Spurs and Stoke.

Norwich will welcome back defender Sebastien Bassong following a calf injury, with the Cameroonian international set to face his former club.
On-loan striker Harry Kane is ineligible to face his parent club, but new signing Lee Camp could feature.
Tottenham could hand a debut to Lewis Holtby following the German’s move from Schalke this week, and Jermain Defoe will return after missing the Fa Cup defeat by Leeds on Sunday.
William Gallas is fit again.
Match Preview
Both of these clubs will be smarting following unlikely eliminations from the Fa Cup over the weekend.
Norwich suffered the ignominy of becoming the first ever Premier League side to be eliminated from the competition by a non-league side, then just 24 hours later, Tottenham were knocked out by Championship side Leeds.
