The brother of one of Scott Rudin’s former assistants posted an emotional video on Twitter Sunday night, accusing the disgraced producer of verbally abusing his twin brother so severely that he took his own life and vows to spread the word “to make sure that people know that when they choose to work with you, they are choosing to work with a bully. They are choosing to work with a racist. They are choosing to work with a small and petty person who hurts those who help him succeed.”
Multiple former staffers have accused the Egot-winning producer of physical and mental abuse, including accusations that he broke a computer monitor on an assistant’s hand and threw objects like potatoes and glass bowls at staffers. David Graham-Caso’s brother, Kevin, was one of those “berated and demeaned, bullied and intimidated and harassed” staffers.

It’s a tough act.” Watch the “Americas Got Talent” performance video above, which has been leaked by NBC hours before showtime.

To begin, Shin asked guest judge Olivia Munn to join him on the reality TV stage as his “spectator.” At first the actress seemed hesitant as she sheepishly walked up and sat next to a small table set up in the middle of the stage.

Married trapeze act Mary and Tyce, aka Duo Transcend, returned to the “America’s Got Talent” stage during Tuesday’s Judge Cuts 1 episode after previously wowing America in their June 19 audition. Because of his progressive eye disease, Tyce has trouble seeing, which adds a layer of danger to their act. This time around, however, things did not go according to plan. Guest judge Ken Jeong and regulars Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Heidi Klum all watched in horror as Mary fell between Tyce’s arms and slipped out of his hands. Luckily Mary didn’t break any bones as she hit a padded mat below, and she even asked to do the trick again. Many “America’s Got Talent” fans thought that 11-year-old animal impersonator Lily Wilker would make it far on NBC’s reality TV competition, but she was shockingly kicked off of Tuesday’s Judge Cuts 1 episode. When this talented tyke from Ohio first appeared she made farm animal noises like ducks, dogs, horses, turkeys and roosters. For her encore performance she took judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Ken Jeong to the jungle by impersonating monkeys, elephants and frogs. During his initial “America’s Got Talent” audition, magician Kevin Blake did not impress the judges with his rapping skills. That’s why he proudly told Simon Cowell during Tuesday’s Judge Cuts episode that “I took your advice to heart. I trashed the rap.” He then asked Mel B to join him outside where he attached her diamond ring to some balloons and let it float up into the sky. Of course, he later revealed that her ring had in fact been inside a locked box on the judges’ table the whole time. After six weeks of episodes devoted to auditions, “America’s Got Talent” moved on to the next stage of the competition on July 17 with the first of four shows dedicated to judge cuts. Twenty performers presented their act in front of the “Agt” regulars — Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Mel B — as well as guest judge actor Ken Jeong.
By the end of the episode, these 18 acts will be winnowed down to just seven who will advance to the live quarter-finals. One of these will be extra special as they’ll have been hand-picked by Jeong for the Golden Buzzer treatment. In so doing, he can overrule the other judges with and send his favorite act straight through.

The first of four episodes of “America’s Got Talent” dedicated to the judge cuts phase of the competition airs on July 17. Over the course of the previous six audition episode of “Agt,” the four judges — Mel B, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel — said yes to nearly 100 acts. Now they must cut these down to just three dozen who will get a chance to perform on the live shows that start on August 14.
Helping them make these tough decisions on July 17 is actor Ken Jeong. As with the regular panel, he also gets a Golden Buzzer that will send an act straight through to the quarter-finals. We have done a little digging and found out which 20 acts appear on the first episode in this round of the reality competition series.
Of these, only seven will survive and continue on in their quest to be crowned the season 13 winner.

"Attention students, the rules have changed. I am your new principal." Yes, I fully admit this looks terrible, but thankfully you don't have to waste any time or money on this if you don't want to - all trailers are free to watch! Deadly Detention, originally known as The Detained before the title change, is a new horror thriller about five "archetypal teens" (eye roll already) serving detention who "find themselves in a life or death situation." The main cast includes Henry Zaga, Alex Frnka, Sarah Davenport, Coy Stewart, Jennifer Robyn Jacobs, Kevin Blake, and Gillian Vigman. At least they admit in the description that the characters are archetypal, because everything about this looks cheesy and awful and not worth watching. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Blair Hayes' Deadly Detention, direct from YouTube: Stuck together for Saturday detention, five high school students with nothing in common find...
