Otto Rombach was born on July 22, 1904 in Heilbronn, Germany. He was a writer, known for Adrian, der Tulpendieb (1966). He was married to Hedwig Linsmayer. He died on May 19, 1984 in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
