Elizabeth Olsen had her concerns about someday joining a franchise as big and successful as Marvel earlier in her career. She wasn’t sure she was ready for the effect doing so would have on her personal life.

Olsen was prepared to be with Marvel for a long time when director Joss Whedon first cast her as the Scarlet Witch. Paris Hilton recently revealed that she branded the term “that’s hot” from hearing her sister Nicky Hilton use it, a reference Nicky had used 20 years ago.
“When I started using the phrase 20 years ago it was more of a sarcastic thing,” Nicky shared with Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “Like when someone would be really excited about telling a story and get to the climatic point- then slyly responding ‘that’s hot.’ It was a joke. Paris glamorized it I guess.”
Paris Hilton turned ‘That’s Hot’ into a brand
Paris must have picked up on the snarky remark because she made it her own. “I started making shirts that said ‘That’s hot’ and on the back they said ‘You’re not.’ It was cute,” she told Vogue in March”That’s hot was something that my sister always used to say, but I trademarked it and I own it.

Chip and Joanna Gaines rose to fame on the popular HGTV show Fixer Upper, which ran for five seasons from 2013 to 2018. During their time on the show, the couple helped clients see a vision for their dream homes, and Chip and Joanna brought that home to life. The two raised four kids on the show as well and welcomed their fifth child, son Crew, shortly after the show ended.
After leaving HGTV in 2018, Chip and Joanna went on to launch their own TV network, Magnolia Network. However, Chip recalled in a 2023 conversation with Jimmy Fallon that he accidentally announced the network too soon — and thought he might get taken away in “handcuffs” afterward.

Fixer Upper fans have probably heard the co-star of the HGTV series, Joanna Gaines, talk about shiplap more than once. The interior designer loves shiplap for its timelessness and brings the material, more traditionally used for external siding, indoors. However, Joanna Gaines’ best piece of advice has nothing to do with shiplap.

Shiplap is a type of wooden board commonly used as exterior siding when creating residences such as barns and sheds. According to The Spruce, shiplap wood is increasingly found in homes as a wall treatment rather than for a home’s exterior.
Anyone who is a long-time fan of Joanna Gaines knows that she loves the material. In a summer issue of the Magnolia Journal, she explained why she is so fond of shiplap. “I had spotted this material before in other projects and was...
