Say “hi,” everybody. Netflix on Thursday announced not only that Heartstopper had begun production on Season 2 but that four actors had been added to the cast of the utterly enchanting teen romance. (And we don’t use the word “enchanting” lightly; see here.)
First up among the newbies is Leila Khan, who’ll be making her professional acting debut after winning the role of Higgs student Sahar Zahid in an open casting call. Bradley Riches, who played a Truham student in Season 1, will again be playing a Truham student in Season 2, only now said student will have a name: James McEwan.

Queen Amber and King Richard have already been through more than one bump in the road to their happily ever after, so we’d expect nothing less from the Netflix holiday franchise’s third installment, “A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby,” than to throw at least a few more (baby) bumps in the Aldovian royals’ way.
But when all is said and done at the end of “A Christmas Prince 3,” stars Rose McIver and Ben Lamb — who have played Amber and Richard, respectively, since the first film debuted in 2017 — already have their pitch for “A Christmas Prince 4” ready to go. And this idea might actually help Amber and Richard deal with all the royal drama the couple has been through over the trio of movies.
“I think ‘The Royal Couple’s Counseling’ would be a good installment for next year,” McIver told TheWrap. “Now that they’re dealing with real life,...

It looks like dirty diapers are going to be the least of Queen Amber (Rose McIver) and King Richard's (Ben Lamb) worries judging from the trailer for A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby!
In the trailer for Netflix's upcoming holiday rom-com, which is set to premiere on Dec. 5, the couple are once again enjoying Christmastime in Aldovia, only this time a royal baby is on the way. Before Amber and Richard can take some time off to prepare for their little one's arrival, they need to host King Tai (Kevin Shen) and Queen Ming (Momo Yeung) of Penglia to renew a 600-year-old sacred truce between their countries.
The only catch? The treaty ends up mysteriously going missing, threatening to undue peace talks and set in motion an ancient curse. Can Amber use her blogging skills to figure out who the thief is before the clock strikes midnight on Christmas Eve?...

Oh, baby! Netflix dropped the trailer for “A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby” Wednesday, the third film in its “A Christmas Prince” holiday rom-com franchise. And based on the trailer, Amber (Rose McIver) is going to have way more problems this Christmas season than just the general drama that comes with giving birth to your first child.
Watch the trailer above, which features the return of Queen Amber, her husband King Richard (Ben Lamb) and a whole lot of problems for Aldovia if they don’t find a stolen treaty before Christmas!
Here’s the official synopsis for the third “A Christmas Prince” film:
