Would Bachelor Nation want more of Jason Tartick on our screens?
If he has his way, that might happen.
We first met Jason on Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette.
He came in third place, heading home in Week 9 when Becca sent Jason packing after Hometowns and right before Fantasy Suites.
Jason went on to find love with Kaitlyn Bristowe, also from Bachelor Nation, while they didn’t meet on any of the shows.
Instead, they met while taping her Off the Vine podcast, and hit it off. Things didn’t go as planned, though. Despite getting engaged, the popular couple split last summer.

Emily Maynard had one of the saddest and most memorable stories in Bachelor history. She came on the show as a widow, after her fiance, famed NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick was killed in a plane crash. After he died, Emily learned she was pregnant with their daughter Ricki.
America fell in love with the single mom when she appeared on Brad Womack’s season of The Bachelor, as did Womack. But that was just the beginning for Maynard. She later became The Bachelorette and unfortunately had two break-ups in the public eye.
There may be some things she regrets about being on reality TV, but she eventually got her happily ever after.

Bachelor Nation's Michelle Money knows exactly how to cheer up her bestie Clare Crawley, who just split from her fiancé Dale Moss amidst some less-than-ideal circumstances. On Jan. 22, the Bachelor alum, who competed for Brad Womack's heart on season 15 of the series before heading to the first season of Bachelor in Paradise with Clare, showed off candles on her Instagram Story. However, these weren't just any candles: They were breakup candles, labeled with "thanx, next," "better off," and "clean slate." Michelle captioned the post, "I'll give you one guess who I'm sending these to." Clare and Dale...

Dancing With the Stars fans were thrown for a loop on Monday when it was announced that Selling Sunset star, Chrishell Stause, was eliminated from the series.
But it seems like Stause is not ruling out a return to ABC in the near future.
The reality TV star appeared on Good Morning America on Tuesday, the morning after getting the boot from the competition series.
It has been heavily rumored that Stause was set to star as The Bachelorette several years ago, something Michael Stragan pointed out on the morning show.
He then asked Stause whether she would like to lead the series.
“Oh my goodness,” Chrishell said.
“That is the question…I mean listen, now I’m available so who knows? At this point in my life, I’ve just said don’t say no to anything… you just never know.”

When J.P. Rosenbaum signed up to be one of 25 men vying for the heart of Ashely Hebert on the 7th season of the “Bachelorette,” following her own heartbreak over not winning the love of Brad Womack, he hoped he’d fall in love – and he did. He took home a fiancé, got married, had some sweet babies, and was living the picture-perfect life he dreamed of living when he applied for the show. Sadly, the couple has announced that they are no longer together, and the world is collectively mourning this announcement. They were the sweetest couple, both silly

We all remember Brad Womack. Maybe not by name unless you are the most diehard of Bachelor/Bachelorette fans, but you absolutely remember his face. He didn’t have the best of luck when he was looking for love on national television – we know that shocks you. He tried twice. He failed twice, and now fans are wondering what exactly happened to the man who seemed to be a fan favorite at the time of his appearance. We thought we might take this time to get to know him a bit. 1. He’s a 70s Baby His name isn’t Brad, either.

Brad Womack popped the question to Emily Maynard on Season 15 of “The Bachelor” in 2011, but they never got their happily ever — and Maynard says she takes “a lot of the blame.”
“There was [a great love story]. It didn’t last so long, but I take a lot of the blame for that too,” Maynard told Chris Harrison on Monday’s “The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons — Ever!”, which highlighted Womack’s two stints as the Bachelor (watch above). “I was 24. I’m 34 now. I didn’t have the maturity to deal with all of that. And it was really hard. We both put in a lot of work traveling back and forth and all of that, but I think we both knew, ‘This is just not fun anymore. This is just not going to work.'”
After not choosing either of his finalists on Season 11 in 2007, Womack returned for a second go-around, falling for Maynard.

Ashley Hebert became the Bachelorette from Brad Womack‘s second stint on “The Bachelor,” but that was not the original plan. On Monday’s “The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons — Ever!”, which revisited Womack’s two seasons as the Bachelor — Season 11 in 2007 and Season 15 in 2011 — Chris Harrison revealed that Chantal O’Brien, Womack’s runner-up from Season 15, was the first choice to hand out roses.
O’Brien clarified that she did not turn down the opportunity and had said yes, but then she went on a blind date.
“After our first date I called my best friend and I just said, ‘I just met my future husband,'” she recalled. “So it was that clear to me and I felt really bad because I’d committed to you guys to do [‘The Bachelorette’], but I also had to be honest. And I know you guys wouldn’t want somebody whose heart was somewhere else.

For the first time in eight years, a major star will be missing from The Bachelor franchise. After the coronavirus pandemic delayed production on Season 16 of The Bachelorette, Clare Crawley's journey to find love has officially kicked off...just not at the iconic mansion that the franchise has started almost every season at since Brad Womack's first go-around as the lead in season 11 (2007). The ABC reality hit is filming the entirety of Clare's on location at one resort in Southern California, with the contestants and crew quarantining for two weeks before production began, and they will be tested for Covid-19 regularly while also having their temperature checked. If you’re expecting your weekly installment of “The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons — Ever!” on Monday, you’re outta luck: The clip show is off on July 13.

However, the following Monday, July 27, will be a rebroadcast of Sean Lowe‘s episode. This is likely because the franchise is currently gearing up to shoot Season 16 of “The Bachelorette” at the moment.

While it's probably going to be a while before we have new Bachelor content, ABC is coming through this summer with The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons Ever!. As the franchise is getting attention off screen for its issues with diversity, it's also airing a limited series revisiting some of the franchise's most popular and attention-grabbing seasons. So what can we expect from this greatest-hits show? We've got all the details right here.
The show is scheduled to run for 10 weeks, airing on Mondays throughout the summer and spanning ABC's entire, three-hour primetime block for each of those nights. Which seasons will be included, though? That's a question that's still a little bit mysterious. Officially, only the first three episodes of the 10 have been announced. The June 8 premiere recapped Sean Lowe's season of The Bachelor from 2013 - an unsurprising choice to launch the retrospectives, since Sean remains the only Bachelor...

Fox is getting in on the reality dating show scene with its newest TV series Labor of Love. The show centers around Kristy Katzmann's quest to find a long-term partner who will also be the father of her future child. Reality dating shows have been a guilty pleasure among audiences for decades, but a common critique of the fan-favorite genre is the romanticized (for lack of a better term) idea of dating on national television.
Aside from cameras following contestants looking for love — or fame? — in recent years, dating shows have been scrutinized for their choice in contestants. In a day in age where hit shows give lucrative platforms to reality stars, viewers question whether casts made up of genetically-blessed twenty-somethings are searching for a soulmate or a social media sponsorship deal.
With “Labor of Love,” Fox is hoping to avoid unrealistic dating show tropes by casting the most mature set of contestants in recent broadcast history with a 41-year-old established lead, Kristy Katzmann, and a group of male suitors ranging from the age of 36 to 46.

If the star of Fox's new reality show Labor of Love looks familiar, there's a good reason for it. Kristy Katzmann, the 41-year-old woman at the center of the show, was actually on The Bachelor several years ago. Do you remember which season she was on?
Kristy first appeared on our screens way back in 2007, when she competed for Brad Womack's heart on season 11 of The Bachelor. She was 29 years old at the time and listed her occupation as "acupuncturist." On that season, she ended up making it to week five before being eliminated. “Brielle was in terrible skateboarding accident and is in the ICU on life support. She suffered a serious brain trauma and a fractured skull,” Money wrote alongside a photo of her daughter hooked up to various machines. “She is in a medically induced coma to relieve pressure in her brain. Neil Lane-sponsored proposals are as essential to the Bachelor franchise as disasters are to Grey's Anatomy. Rachel Lindsay suitor Peter Kraus was basically voted off the island for admitting that, yeah, it's hard to wrap your mind around committing to forever after just weeks of sporadic dating. And previous stars such as Juan Pablo Galavis and Brad Womack were crucified for refusing to get down on one knee as if it were a character flaw to not be 100 percent confident in what is, essentially, a brand new relationship. But, dare we argue, it's far, far worse to ask someone to make a lifelong commitment when you're...

Since its 2002 premiere, “The Bachelor” has given love, tears, wine, a bunch of spin-offs, and lots and lots of drama to Bachelor Nation. But for the titular Bachelors and the ladies vying for their hearts, most haven’t had a happily ever after. The show has only resulted in three marriages so far, with most relationships only lasting a few months.
And those three come with an asterisk because for two of them, they wed their runners-up, not the women they chose and proposed to initially. So yeah, that means, only one Bachelor wed the woman he picked on the show.
Then there’s the time that Brad Womack pulled a Kelly Taylor and picked neither of his finalists on Season 11. The only two-time Bachelor, he returned in Season 15 and did make a choice that time, but alas, it did not last.

ABC is really gonna milk this unspoiled finale for all it’s worth, huh? On Monday’s “The Bachelor: Women Tell All,” Chris Harrison teased Peter Weber‘s two-part finale next week as one so unpredictable that not a single soul knows how it concludes.
“It is a finale so unexpected, so unprecedented, there is not a single person who knows how Peter’s journey will end,” Harrison stated. “Not even Peter.”
Is this typical Bachelor Nation hyperbole or is there something to it? The fact that the finale has been unspoiled gives it some credence, and Peter, who picked his final two of Hannah Ann Sluss and Madison Prewett on Monday’s episode, confirms there is a basis of truth to it.

At the age of 38, Clare Crawley is about to become ABC’s oldest Bachelorette in the history of the franchise when she takes her place in May as the leading lady of Season 16.
It makes sense that ABC is skewing older this season given the emotional turmoil on current Bachelor Peter Weber’s season that many fans have attributed to the young age of his contestants. Historically, “The Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” generally cast women in their twenties and early thirties. Last season’s star, Hannah Brown of Season 15, was a whopping 14 years younger than Crawley, having been 24 at the time her season was filmed last spring. The oldest “Bachelorette” before Crawley was Rachel Lindsay, who was 32 during her time starring on Season 13.

Jesse Palmer Forgets Karen Lindsay’s Name
Former NFL player Jesse Palmer accidentally called the wrong name during his season as The Bachelor in 2004. In a hilariously panicked moment, he pulled Chris Harrison aside to tell him that he had forgotten Karen’s name and had called Katie [Gehart] instead. “I froze and forgot,” he told a bemused Harrison. “We gotta do that again.”

Always a contestant, never a lead. While hundreds of men have appeared as contestants in the Bachelor franchise since it began in 2002, only 22 men have served as the star of The Bachelor, with one man even handing out roses twice. Beginning with businessman Alex Michel in its inaugural season, ABC picked eligible normal men to be their lead, sometimes choosing a more high-profile name like NFL player Jesse Palmer or actor Charlie O'Connell or Firestone Tire heir Andrew Firestone. But midway through The Bachelor's 23-season run, the show realized its viewers were way more invested when they knew the lead from the previous season, especially when they chose...

Every season of The Bachelor or Bachelor-adjacent shows, host Chris Harrison promises, "The most dramatic season yet." But with Colton Underwood's stint as The Bachelor, everything changed. We were given a riveting, dramatic season that lived up to Harrison's teases, especially when the final episodes entirely pivoted from what we've come to expect from the show. In the end, there were two painful break-ups in one day and there was no proposal: just the uncertain promise of a relationship that may or may not result in marriage. It feels more and more like The Bachelor's formula may be breaking, and I'm here for it.

It's no secret that The Bachelor franchises flash over-the-top dates. From helicopter rides to private music performances, each detail seems more extravagant than the next. You would think that the glamour carries to all aspects of the date, including the food. We wouldn't really know, however, because we hardly ever see the contestants eat.
Sometimes we see a couple snack on ice cream during the first portion of a one-on-one date, but, after that, nothing. More times than not, "Fantasy Suite" dates include a breakfast spread and one-on-one dates continue to a romantic dinner in the evening. The backdrop is beautiful, the conversation is flowing, and there is a spread of food on the table - but no one is eating. It turns out that there's a good reason for it.

When's the last time a date took you on a helicopter ride? Or set up a private fireworks show just for the two of you? Or surprised you with a shopping spree? Yeah, same. Extravagant dates are made for television, especially The Bachelor. Not only does it lead viewers to be wowed, but it heightens emotions and, in a way, forces feelings between daters.
In case you've ever wondered how two strangers could fall in love, just look at how they spend their time together. It's not a typical dating environment. There's no waiting for someone to text you back or wondering if they'll initiate the next date. Everything is planned for them, and the extra romantic dates put couples on the fast track. We know that no one can "make" two people fall in love, but setting the mood certainly helps.

It's been more than 10 years since DeAnna Pappas was given a shot at love as ABC's The Bachelorette. And even after all this time, the former reality star often gets asked one specific question. "People always ask me if I went on for the right reasons and as dumb as it sounds and as cliché as it sounds, I really did," DeAnna shared with E! News exclusively earlier this month at Unicon 2018—The Unicorn Mom's Convention. "I was sold on the love story and the happy ending." As viewers recall, DeAnna originally didn't receive a final rose from Brad Womack. And while she experienced a proposal from runner-up Jason Mesnick and winner Jesse Csincsak on The...

Hey, Bachelor Nation fans. We've got some pretty sad news for you guys today. Unfortunately, one of the former ladies of ABC's popular "The Bachelor" dating reality show past away this past Thursday morning, October 4, 2018 at the very young of 38. According to the folks over USA Today.com , the former "The Bachelor" lady we are speaking of is Cristy Caserta. She participated in the 15th season of "The Bachelor" which aired way back in 2011. Brad Womack was the bachelor that season. Cristy was living in South Florida at the time of her untimely death. Officer Luis Fernandez of the Broward County City police department confirmed that Cristy was in a training class of some sort when she died. Her classmates noticed that her head hit her desk and her coffee cup went flying. Her classmates rushed to try and help her, but she was unresponsive. Eventually, an emergency team...

The former reality show contestant collapsed on Thursday while attending a training class. Seeing her unresponsive, her classmates called 911, fearing she suffered a seizure. First responders transported her to a hospital, where she subsequently died, a spokesperson for the Sunrise Police Department in Sunrise, Florida told E! News on Friday. Another Bachelor contestant has passed away. Reality Steve shared the news on his Twitter account last night, revealing that his friend Cristy Caserta had passed away. If the name doesn’t ring a bell, it’s probably because Cristy went on The Bachelor back in 2011 to win Brad Womack’s heart. It was Brad’s second attempt to find love on the show and he eventually chose Emily Maynard. Cristy, who wanted to find love herself, was sent home during the show’s first week. Another season of The Bachelorette has officially wrapped up, but this one felt particularly different compared to so many other seasons we've watched over the franchise's 15+ year run. Sure, the switcheroo pulled by Arie was one for the record books, and who could forget the time Brad Womack didn't choose either contestant, but Becca Kufrin's decision to get engaged to Garrett Yrigoyen has a lot of fans confused at best and angry at worst.

12. Chris Soules
Our small town farm boy hero Chris Soules didn’t have a very dramatic season, all things considered, but he’s been rocked by scandal after his time on TV. In April 2017, Soules rear-ended a man on a tractor who later died. He was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal car crash, according to the Des Moines Register. The outlet reported in March that Soules was “appealing the Iowa Supreme Court’s recent decision not to consider the merits of the charge against him.”
11. Jesse Palmer
Back in Season 5, the early, early days of the long-standing franchise, Jesse’s season was billed as the “most dramatic ever!” Even though by now much more dramatic events have happened on “The Bachelor,” Jesse did at one point call out the wrong woman’s name at the Rose Ceremony and had his best friend’s wife posing as a contestant.

After reddit users asked whether Chris had ever slept with anyone from the reality show, Ashley dropped the throwback dating bombshell. "I went on a date with him," she wrote on the community forum. "Ashley [Hebert] and[ Jp Rosenbaum] kinda set us up. We were supposed to go on a double date to Babbo but they pulled out super last minute. I got nervous and invited Robyn Ross (formerly of TV Guide who knew him pretty well) and Graham Bunn who I love so much. But it was super obvious during the date that he wanted it to be a 1-on-1."
