Considered the greatest 400 meter hurdler in Track and Field history. Moses won 122 races in a row between 1977 and 1987 and two gold medals at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montréal (time 47.63), and the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles (time 47.75). He also won a Bronze medal in the 400 meter Hurdles at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul (time: 47.56), and then retired.
