For the most part, I’ve enjoyed Taylor Kitsch’s work, so I was happy to see that he is set to star in and executive produce a new drama series at HBO.
There’s no title for the series yet, but Kitsch will take on the role of a character named Chris Klug, “a young, family-oriented, drug dealer who catches the wrong end of a bad batch of dope that leaves him in a temporary vegetative state. He discovers that it was no accident and someone close to him was in fact trying to take him out.”
It’s said that the story will be told through flashbacks and Chris’ present-day purgatory. I like the concept behind the series and there’s no doubt that it’s going to be filled with all kinds of frustrations, especially with the main character being in a vegetative state not being able to do anything.

It seems that everyone in this week’s episode, everyone is in a perpetual state of struggling. They’re painted into corners that seem almost inescapable, and judging by the way this back end of the season is going, they aren’t going to be making it out. Finally, with Otto quashing his testimony by killing that nurse, the Rico case being held over the club is finally dwindling. This has been such a long running storyline that...
