A Hunger Games-inspired attraction is heading to a planned Dubai theme park.
Motiongate Dubai, which will open in 2016, will also feature a live stage show based on the Step Up franchise.
The attractions come as a result of a pact between Dubai Parks and Resorts and Lionsgate, The Hollywood Reporter reveals.
Dubai Parks and Resorts CEO Raed Al Nuaimi said in a statement: "Lionsgate's Hunger Games, Step Up and other signature properties are the perfect centerpiece for one of the most visionary new theme parks in the world."
Lionsgate executives Kerry Phelan and Jenefer Brown added: "Motiongate Dubai is poised to become one of the most exciting new entertainment destinations in the world, and we're thrilled that many of our biggest franchises will be an integral part of it."
The final instalment of the popular Hunger Games film series will be released worldwide on November 20.

Alex Winter, who starred opposite Keanu Reeves in Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, directed The Smosh Movie from a screenplay by Eric Falconer about an embarrassing video that needs to be removed from the web before a high school reunion.
The Smosh Movie includes YouTube stars Jenna Marbles, Grace Helbig, Harley Morenstein, Shane Dawson, Mark Fischback and Dominic “D-Trix” Sandoval alongside Jillian Nelson, Brittany Ross, Steve Austin and Michael Ian Black.

Lionsgate has tapped former DreamWorks Animation consumer products head Kerry Phelan to turn its movie franchises into new business lines.
