Hudgens beat out Scott Porter, who had performed this season as Gumball, to win the “Masked Singer” trophy. Coincidentally, both Hudgens and Porter previously starred together in 2009’s “Bandslam.”
Despite their history, Hudgens said the production kept her completely in the dark as to who her competitors were. “I was so invested every step of the way,” she said. “I was trying really hard to...

First to go was Ugly Sweater, whose rendition of “I Want to Break Free” put him in last place. The soulful ball of yarn ripped off his mask and revealed himself as Grammy-nominated music legend Charlie Wilson.
“I had a great time here,” he told host Nick Cannon during his unmasked interview. “The fans are great!” Earlier in the episode Ugly Sweater hinted at giving Nick dating advice, and people wanted to know exactly what was said. “I can’t say it on TV, I don’t want to be bleeped,” he joked before adding, “12 kids? Group A contestants returned to the stage on “The Masked Singer” Wednesday, April 10 for “Transformers Night.” After singing their hearts out for panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora, the bottom two acts were eliminated. First to go was Lovebird, whose rendition of “All That You Are” by Goo Goo Dolls put him in last place. Next on the chopping block was Koala, a new wildcard who sang “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears. The cuddly creature was revealed to be NFL Hall of Fame player DeMarcus Ware.

The Group C final took place on “The Masked Singer” Wednesday night, with Lizard going home in third place after belting out “Bring Me to Life” by Evanescence. Clock and Poodle Moth advanced to the “Shower Anthems Night” Battle Royal, where Clock prevailed but judges Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora used the season’s one and only “Ding Dong Keep it On” bell to save Poodle Moth. While those two contestants advanced to the quarterfinals, Lizard was left to unmask, revealing Grammy-nominated singer Sisqo.
“My family loves the show,” he told host Nick Cannon during his unmasked interview. “Every time we saw a season everybody would always say, ‘Hey! That’s gotta be Sisqo!’ So when I got an opportunity to do it I seized it and it’s been really fun.” He added that during the smackdowns “the Lizard had to embody the spirit of the Dragon.

“I had the opportunity to go to culinary school for the last three years, graduated with a pastry arts degree, graduated with a culinary arts degree just recently, and so I wanted to include my Southern heritage, but also mix in some of the French techniques that I had been studying,” says “MasterChef 13” runner-up Jennifer Maune following her loss on Thursday night’s finale. “There was so much intensity and pressure. I wanted to do my absolute best to represent my hometown. I put my best foot forward and it was in the hands of the judges.” Watch our exclusive video interview above.

“I definitely knew that I dropped the ball on the dessert,” says “MasterChef 13” runner-up Kennedy Grace following her loss on Thursday night’s finale. “It was such a disappointment because I had such huge expectations for my dessert. When it comes to the finale, you have a story and you want it to play out. My appetizer was very feminine, my entree was very masculine and I really wanted my dessert to come out as like, at the end of the night we all look at the same stars and the same universe. It hurt my heart that it didn’t go the way that I wanted it to.” Watch our exclusive video interview above.
