- Bri Prooker raised the budget for Gut-to-Go (2010) using an innovative method that sparked a feature story on George Pennacchio's "Hollywood Wrap" on KABC Los Angeles' 11 o'clock news in April 2010. Bri raised her budget by offering her neighbors cookies, cupcakes, homemade meals, babysitting and dog walking services as "thank yous" for their donations.
- Bri Prooker won 1st runner up for Best Supporting Actress in a short for Gut-to-Go (2010) at the 2010 Action on Film International Film Festival.
- Bri Prooker spent four months and over a hundred hours rehearsing to play three parts in Gut-to-Go (2010): Amy, an exercise-and-diet obsessed Georgia native who's struggling to achieve the LA ideal of female perfection; Cyndi, an overly-eager TV reporter who authoritatively quotes The New York Times, and Sue, a British infomercial host with a very passionate view about what makes men sexy.
- Bri Prooker invited all her neighbors who had donated to Gut-to-Go (2010)in order to make production possible to a neighborhood premiere, which sparked a follow-up feature story on George Pennacchio's "Hollywood Wrap" on KABC Los Angeles' 11 o'clock news in October 2010.
- Bri Prooker had her entire head cast by Ron Karkoska of Monster FX in order to make a prosthetic jaw for her role in Blockhead (2010).
- Bri Prooker was nominated for Best Actress in two separate dramatic films at the 2011 Bare Bones International Film & Music Festival: for her role as Sarah, a desperate woman in mourning in For Dakota (2011)and for her role as Emily Green, a sucker-punched southerner who's just discovered she's pregnant and may have AIDS in Bliss Is... (2011).
- Bri Prooker won Best Actress for her role in For Dakota (2011)at the 2011 Bare Bones International Film & Music Festival.
- Bri Prooker formed her production company, WOOF Productions, named in honor of her Golden Retriever-Chow Chow mix Woofie, with the goal of making great films while helping animals at the same time. She not only vows to give film proceeds to animal charities, but also a portion of all donations made to her WOOF productions films.
- Brijana Prooker was played by Aislyn Watson in Lifetime's Run for Your Life (2014) which premiered October 2014 in support of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Brijana Prooker, along with her sister, Kelsey Prooker and mom Katherine Kotaw, shared their story of surviving domestic abuse (also told in Katherine Kotaw's memoir, "Quicksand", written under a nom de plume) in order to inspire hope and show that survivors can not only survive, but thrive.
- Bri Prooker revealed on George Pennacchio's "Hollywood Wrap" that she lives with painful auto-immune conditions. She illuminated the severity of her chronic pain and the fact that she's been officially deemed disabled in an essay she wrote for KOTAW Content Marketing. Brijana Prooker says she's determined to follow her dreams despite this, and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
