Petra Flannery, recently featured on THR’s 2024 Celebrity Power Stylist List, has launched two new collaborations.
Working as a team with her sister Meehan, Flannery — whose clients include Emma Stone, Zoe Saldaña and Reese Witherspoon — has partnered with Lafayette 148 to launch “Classic 148: The White Shirt Project,” as well as with sustainable fine jewelry company Vrai for a recycled gold collection.
The Vrai collaboration ($1,900-$16,800) features California-inspired designs that “transcend time and trends,” the brand said in a release. Flannery has been working with the company since it started in 2014, and the stylist told The Hollywood Reporter that this latest collaboration has been in the works for roughly a year.
The collection, made up of 15 fine jewelry pieces, features diamond shapes created by Vrai in their carbon-neutral certified foundry.
“I’ve always had a great relationship with them,” Flannery says. “I kind of saw a space with their pieces...

Inside Lafayette 148’s newly opened Los Angeles location, you’ll find several nods to its New York City origins in SoHo. Those include a credenza by artist and designer Tyler Hays, who founded the New York furniture company Bddw, custom wallpaper embossed with the brand’s staple L beam logo and, for the next month, a multimedia installation from New York-based photographer Sophie Elgort.
The 2,267-square-foot boutique, located on Brighton Way in Beverly Hills, is the current home to Elgort’s just-debuted “Away We Go” exhibition, a collection of double-exposed analog images spawned by photos she captured on a point-and-shoot film camera while attending a friend’s wedding in Italy last summer. Not realizing she’d already shot the roll of film currently in her camera, Elgort reloaded the film and shot again. The resulting images, which she considers a “happy accident,” were surprisingly pleasing to Elgort’s expert eye,...

Patriot Act star Hasan Minhaj made the Time 100 gala more than a performance, calling on presidential advisor and son-in-law Jared Kushner to use his influence with Saudi Arabia to free an imprisoned women’s rights activist.
Minhaj, who has had his own confrontations with Saudi Arabian politics, having an episode pulled by Netflix that was critical of the regime, called on Kushner to talk to Crown Price Mohammad bin Salman (aka Mbs) about Loujain al-Hathloul, who has campaigned to end the women’s driving ban in the kingdom and has been jailed and tortured.
The Minhaj jabs at Kushner, who was in attendance at the gala, were first reported by PageSix’s Emily Smith.
“I know there’s a lot of very powerful people here, and it would be crazy if there was a high-ranking official in the White House that could WhatsApp Mbs and say, ‘Hey maybe you could...
