"America's Next Top Model"'s self-proclaimed country girl Kendal may have been born a model, but according to Tyra Banks she wasn't "modeling." And Jay Manuel called the 23-year-old from Alabama "flat and boring." Now "The Insider" talks to the ousted model hopeful about how she dealt with the harsh words and what is next. "The Insider": It seemed as if you had a feeling you might be going home because at one point you said you needed to step up your game. Were you worried about that? Kendal: I was. I would talk to the other girls and they were, "What did Miss J say to you?" They were like, "He said I did good." But every time I came on the set his critique would be horrible. I was, "I need to step up my game," because every time I came on a photo shoot he was harsh.

Ousted 'America's Next Top Model' Lexie On Her Feud with Kacey This week's casualty on "America's Next Top Model" was Lexie, who just couldn't capture the necessary emotion in the Lucha Va Voom challenge. Now "The Insider" talks to the 18-year-old from Geneva, Il about her famous feud with fellow model hopeful Kacey and the conveyor belt walk-off. The Insider: How disappointed were you to be going home before Kacey? You guys seemed to have a little bit of a feud going on. Lexie: I wouldn't say disappointed. I just don't understand, but it is not a big deal to me. I didn't really dwell on that that much. The Insider: Do you think your feud with her kept you from focusing as much as you needed to stay in the competition? Lexie: That was clever editing. I really didn't think about Kacey that often. They...

America's Next Top Model star Lexie Tomchek has said that she knew she was going home on last night's episode of The CW competition. The Chicago-based model was eliminated from the 15th cycle after falling into the bottom two with Jane following a masked wrestling-inspired photoshoot. "I knew I was going home... I just wasn't getting good feedback the entire time I was there. I never really got like, 'Wow, good job!'" she told Digital Spy. "That's okay. I watched the show before and I have seen if Mr Jay doesn't like someone you're not going too far. That was kind (more)...

I try not to dwell on the fact that the reality contestants I write about might actually read what I say about them. I'm not a fan of hurting anyone's feelings, but I like to think there's an implicit agreement between reality stars and viewers that makes lighthearted mockery acceptable. If you get to be on TV, we get to make fun of you. Seems fair, right?
It's only once you talk to the reality star you mocked over the phone that things get a little ... awkward. Because that's when you remember: Oh yeah, these reality characters? They're people. Who have the internet. And can read. And if you were on a reality show, wouldn't you google your name to see what the blogs were bloggin' about you? And if you found a blogger who called you a "s***stirrer" (which, I admit, is a real "pot, kettle, black" thing...

California native and fulltime mom, 21-year old Sara Blackamore, already had a strike against her when she entered "America's Next Top Model." She was marked for imminent death in the competition. She was too "commercial."
Of course, host Tyra Banks, loves a challenge and tried to toughen her up with a dark makeover. In the end, the brunette hair and strange bleached eyebrows didn't extend her life on the competition. And as Tyra said herself when she dismissed the fallen angel, "You didn't even give us editorial. You gave us dead-itorial." Ouch (and giggle).
1) It seemed like your biggest regret was leaving your son.I felt guilty at the time just because I had so many emotions running through me. When I got home and everything, I didn't feel guilty anymore and I knew that it was the right thing for me to do. Just at that moment, I felt...

The 15th cycle of America’s Next Top Model is all about being on “top," more than ever before.
Having faced criticism because none of the models make a real impact in the fashion world after their 15 minutes of fame on Antm, this season promises “real” prizes such as a “real” cover on Italian Vogue and “real” top photographers to shoot the aspiring models, which makes me feel bad for the winners of the previous cycles who apparently got shafted.
The second episode begins with the girls on Venice Beach, where a vagabond-like singer directs them to their new digs for the season. It’s huge and gorgeous of course, adorned with pictures of Vogue Italia, the theme of the season. As usual, Antm is full of quirky personalities and strange revelations, as Ann reveals that “hobos are hot” and she’ll date someone “up to 60.” Oh, and he also...
