Nina Pham, the nurse identified as the second U.S. Ebola patient, is reportedly in good condition, as is her dog, Bentley.

Ebola-exposed Dr. Nancy Snyderman has been under fire this week for violating her voluntary quarantine, which has caused her and the rest of her NBC News crew to be placed under mandatory quarantine. Snyderman, though, may have just gained a pretty strong supporter. Center for Disease Control director Dr. Thomas Frieden appeared on CNN's “Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer” and actually cleared Snyderman of being a danger to others. “How serious was the violation by NBC News’ Dr. Nancy Snyderman, of the violation of what was called her mandatory quarantine? A health care worker who had treated the late Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan, is now the second person to be diagnosed with the virus in the United States and the first to contract it within the country.
Second Ebola Case In Dallas
The nurse who has tested positive for Ebola had "extensive contact" on "multiple occasions” with Duncan, according to Cdc Director Dr. Tom Frieden. But we know that even a single lapse or breach can result in infection."
The nurse noticed that she was suffering from a slight fever on Friday night and was soon hospitalized. She was immediately isolated, and by Saturday night, test results revealed that she had contracted Ebola, reported CNN. A "close contact" of...
