- Producer
Sara is a Canadian experimental diary filmmaker. She is a graduate of
Sheridan College's Media Arts (film & television) program. Throughout
her college years and into her working days, Sara has worked as a
writer/director/assistant director with a corporate video production
house.
Creatively, Sara started in the dramatic field. She wrote and directed many short dramatic films before delving into the more experimental stream. Her influences come from the Escarpment School- personal documentary experimental films. Recently her personal focus has been taking the tactile techniques of celluloid filmmaking to the digital realm with hand painting, drawing, and single frame editing.
