Hank and John Green, collectively known as the Vlogbrothers, have unveiled a new subject for their “students.” The two creators have once again teamed up with PBS Digital Studios to produce new episodes of the educational web series Crash Course. This time, the topic in question is physics, and the host is British engineer Dr. Shini Somara.
Dr. Somara, a self-proclaimed “Stem advocate” who has hosted programs for the BBC, Al Jazeera America, and several other networks, uses an energetic delivery to add some excitement to her area of expertise. In her first Crash Course episode, she spends ten minutes discussing fundamental physics concepts like velocity and acceleration.
