For lots of people, cars are simply a way to get from point A to point B. However, for others, cars are much more than that. In exorcist movies, there is never much new under the black hole sun. The one development in the genre over the last decade has been to see it merge, on occasion, with the haunted-house film — a comfortable enough mashup, though it’s kind of like pairing two pop stars to create a hit single out of their combined demos. If the head-spinning success of “The Exorcism of Emily Rose” (2005), and the resurgence of the exorcist film that it inspired, proved anything, it’s that the tropes of demonic possession — the young victims tied to their beds, their faces gray-blue and mottled with sores; the tauntingly blasphemous devil voice that sounds like Darth Vader as the announcer at a strip club; the priests brandishing their tiny crosses and spewing their “Cast thee out!” liturgical spells — have become the horror equivalent of classic rock. They’re the golden oldies that never change,...

Everyone’s got a modicum of fascination with cars that the History Channel tapped into many years ago. With an entire line of shows that feature cars in some way or another, the network grew its viewership beyond automobile aficionados. Counting Cars premiered in 2012, and it’s still remarkably strong even after 8 seasons of being on air. Counting Cars was a spinoff of the widely successful reality show, Pawn Stars, and it follows the predecessor’s format. Filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada, Counting Cars follows the life of Danny Koker and his employees at Count’s Kustoms—a company that restores and customizes

"Pawn Stars" celebrity Rick Harrison married DeAnna Burditt on Sunday (July 21) in California.
As first reported in the Las Vegas Sun News, Harrison and Burditt's wedding took place at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Laguna Niguel, California. Among those in attendance were others of the reality-tv world: Danny Koker of "Counting Cars" officiated the ceremony (he is an ordained minister), while Austin "Chumlee" Russell of "Pawn Stars" was the ring bearer. TMZ posted photos from the blessed event on Monday (July 22).
Because this is basically like a modern-day, reality-television "Brady Bunch," Harrison and Burditt were joined at their wedding by his three sons and her three daughters from previous marriages. This marks the third marriage for both bride and groom.
The "Pawn Star" groom proposed to Burditt back in Feb. 2012 and then took over planning the actual event this summer.

It was a "Pawn Stars" wedding in California this weekend ... as Chumlee, Big Hoss, the Old Man and more gathered at the Ritz in Laguna Niguel to watch Rick Harrison tie the knot to DeAnna Burditt. It all went down without a hitch -- Chum was the ringbearer, Hoss stood right by his father's side, and Rick's favorite car restorer Danny Koker performed the ceremony ... sans sleeves, of course. It's marriage #3 for both 47-year-old Harrison and 36-year-old Burditt.

Good thing he made all of those deals on "Pawn Stars," because Rick Harrison has a wedding to pay for. The reality TV star, who runs a pawn shop with his father and son, has set the date for the event.
People reports that the nuptials between Rick and his fiancée, Deanna Burditt, will happen on July 21. While initially planned to be a Las Vegas wedding, the ceremony will instead take place at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Beach, Cal. That's a pretty nice upgrade.
Rick's a busy man these days, saying, "She's sticking me with all the planning." What was supposed to be a small affair now has a guest list of over 100. "It'll be a lost of friends and family," the pawn broker says.
