Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, this week features nine matches once again and a number of big-name stars rather than jobbers! We’ve got Ian Riccaboni and Paul Wight on commentary, so let’s get into the review…
Match #1: Abadon def. Amy Rose
My Thoughts: Amy Rose makes her Aew debut getting annihilated by Abadon. Hey, at least she got some offence – and remarkably a one-count – before the match was over! Squash-tastic action.
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #2: Roh Six-Man Tag Team Title Match – Dalton Castle and The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) def. The Trustbusters
My Thoughts: Wow. We get an Roh title match on Elevation. Surprising. What’s not surprising is how not into this match the crowd was – which really hurt proceedings Imho. Good to see Dalton Castle and The Boys in action but let’s not let the Trustbusters anywhere near those titles ever again,...

Welcome to the first of this weeks Aew reviews, Aew Dark: Elevation, which kicks off the wrestling week for us here at Nerdly. As always I’m editor Phil and let’s get straight into the review!
Match 1: Riho def. Angelica Risk
My Thoughts: I expected this to be a swift squash match for Riho on the road to her match against Jamie Hayter later this week but that was not what we got. Angelica Risk was actually a decent opponent for Riho, matching Riho’s speed with her own strength – with a running hip (really butt) shot on Riho in the corner that looked vicious.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match 2: Brock Anderson, Lee Johnson & Dustin Rhodes def. The Wingmen
My Thoughts: A solid trios match that saw Dustin Rhoides outclass everyone in the match in the brioef time he was in the ring. As I always say,...

Welcome to this week’s Ring Of Honor review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have Defy Or Deny in the main event, so enjoy four of Roh’s prime stars fighting for the right to be the best.
Match #1: Soldiers of Savagery (Moses and Kaun) beat Sal Rinauro and Michael Stevens The following is courtesy of rohwrestling.com:
Sos jumped their opponents before the opening bell. After hitting a couple of power moves, Sos hit Promised Land on Rinauro and Stevens, stacked them and pinned them. Time of the fall: 49 seconds.
My Opinion: 1.3 out of 5 – Remember when Rinauro was seen as one of the more important wrestlers on the indie circuit under-card? At least Sal got back on TV. Any-way, this was over before a sheep could sneeze the Pledge Of Allegiance.
Match #2: The Tate Twins (Brandon and Brent) beat Master and Machine...
