Unfortunately, Gavin, Izzy, and Josh’s encounter with the T-Rex teased at the end of NBC’s La Brea season two isn’t the opening shot of season three episode one. Instead, the final season of the time-traveling sci-fi drama begins with Gavin (Eoin Macken) experiencing a pleasant memory before being snapped back into the reality of life in 10,0000 BC.
Gavin’s determined to get James’ laptop to work but isn’t having any luck. Izzy (Zyra Gorecki) is full of doom and gloom and won’t offer any help. The auroras are all closed, and there’s no way to get to Eve – even if they knew where/when she is right now, which they don’t.

Lovecraft‘s The Thing On The Doorstep, Joe Lynch’s (Wrong Turn 2, Mayhem, “Creepshow”) new movie Suitable Flesh will be World Premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival this month as part of the festival’s “Escape from Tribeca” lineup, and the film will be making its debut at home later this year from Rlje Films and Shudder.

Based on H.P. Lovecraft‘s The Thing On The Doorstep, Joe Lynch’s (Wrong Turn 2, Mayhem, “Creepshow”) new movie Suitable Flesh is coming to theaters and VOD later this year from Rlje Films, and Collider has debuted some fresh poster art this afternoon. It’s a new poster but it looks like an old poster, perfectly channeling a retro 1980s style.
Check out the retro art for Suitable Flesh below, which humorously notes that the movie was “Filmed in CthulhuScope.” If only every Lovecraft movie truly was, eh?
Credit to Creepy Duck Design for the always awesome art!

Two years ago, while tripping on mushrooms, Margo Price decided to quit drinking. This wasn’t her first attempt, but something about her psychedelic journey led her to an epiphany. “I know it sounds a little woo-woo, but I was touched by something,” says Price, 39. “I thought about fucking everything that had happened in my life up until that point, and I didn’t know what was holding me back from quitting.”
With this newfound perspective, Price finished her excellent memoir, Maybe We’ll Make It. The book focuses on...
