Robert Glowacky is a recent MA Wildlife Filmmaking graduate from the University of the West of England, in cooperation with the BBC's Natural History Unit in Bristol, England. He has a BA in Mass Communications and minors in History and Environmental Studies from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
He's a natural history filmmaker with a passion for travel and the outdoors. He's looking to get a start as a camera assistant with hopes of being a documentary cameraman. He's worked with many production companies and broadcasters since his first taste of film production back in high school and is now based out of the North East of the US.
His most recent work was a film entitled Bringing Back Bodrik, about livestock guard dogs in the Tatra mountains of Slovakia. The film was completed for his MA in Wildlife Filmmaking course and has been viewed over 5,000 times on Vimeo.com and has been shown in the Element Film Festival in Bozeman, Montana.
