Sf Studios has unveiled the trailer for its animated film and TV series based on Arnie Alligator, one of the Nordics’ most popular children’s brand luring 300 million views on Youtube.
Sf Studios is producing the animated feature and TV series with See You Later! and will release the movie in the Nordics early next year. The film and series are both directed by Finnish helmer Jenny Jokela (“Barbeque”), based on a script by Fabian Nordlander and Marcus Granberg.
Arne Alligator was created in 2003 as a song by the band The Jungle Drum and became a viral hit when the band’s music videos spread on Youtube and Spotify. It ranks as the most streamed children’s music band in the Nordics. Sf Studios invested in the IP rights for Arnie Alligator, which is still controlled by See You Later! and jointly owned by creator Granberg and co-owner Anton Molander.

What on Earth is Marvel cooking up with the production of "Deadpool 3"? The highly-anticipated threequel immediately made waves the moment it was confirmed that star Hugh Jackman would be returning to the Marvel universe as Wolverine, somehow resurrecting the grizzled mutant to reteam with co-star Ryan Reynolds for the first time since 2009's awfully misguided "X-Men Origins" prequel. The fact that the film will be set within the official canon of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and feature Jackman donning the character's comic-accurate yellow suit for the first time in live-action is only the icing on the cake, as are the constant rumors of the project acting as a multiversal reset button to help usher in even more original X-Men characters from the 20th Century Fox-produced franchise.

The second season of the Disney+ Marvel series "Loki" is on the way, and in honor of the God of Mischief's (Tom Hiddleston) return to the small screen, "Loki" season 1 is out on Blu-ray. There are a lot of reasons to do a rewatch of the best of the Marvel Disney+ shows so far. We love Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson (Mobius M. Mobius) together. We love how Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino) is both clearly a Loki and also a very separate and different person from Loki Prime because of her experiences. It also might be because we need to see Alligator Loki and Throg (Frog Thor) again.
While Alligator Loki got to wear the horns and be a presence on screen for a bit, we only got a very tiny blink-and-you'll-miss-it glimpse of Throg in the fifth episode as the camera moves through the Void. He's stuck in a...

Giancarlo Esposito is well on his way to joining Ming-Na Wen as a fellow Disney Egot* (*not a real thing). The star of "Breaking Bad," "Better Call Saul," and "The Boys" (along with several famous Spike Lee joints) has already worked on a handful of Mouse House projects, on top of playing a "Star Wars" villain. That leaves the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the next big Disney property for Esposito to tackle, and he's made no secret of the fact he's got his eye on portraying a certain bald-headed mentor to the X-Men.
But more than merely gunning to succeed Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier/Professor X, Esposito has confirmed he's spoken with Marvel Studios about other MCU roles in the past. "In the Marvel Universe, if you do something in television, one character, you can't switch and play a different character," as the actor reminded the crowd during a...
