Delicious science is on display tonight as a “poor gummy bear” gets the potassium chlorate treatment on Street Science, the Science Channel show that puts the fun into chemistry experiments. Host Kevin Delaney gleefully says: “We’re about to see what happens when you add a gummy bear to heated potassium chlorate, here we go!” Kevin Delaney came to fame on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, with his showy and over-the-top science experiments. Now that's some spooktacular science. Just in time for Halloween, Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Delaney performed some freaky science experiments on Wednesday's episode of The Tonight Show. The first experiment started off pretty tame. Fallon and the Street Science host created bubbles filled with dry ice—or what the late-night host enthusiastically referred to as "ghost bubbles." Even though the experiment was cool, it wasn't necessarily scary. However, Fallon's heart started pumping after the two performed their second experiment. Delaney stepped inside a clear booth and filled a bottle with dry ice and water, creating pressure. He then stuck it inside a rotting pumpkin and fled...

Jay Leno is returning to The Tonight Show, but it’s not what you may be thinking. No, Leno, has not decided to try to take over the role of Tonight Show host yet again. Instead, he will be a guest on Jimmy Fallon’s show this coming Friday, alongside Lucy Liu and Kevin Delaney. His appearance this Friday will mark Jay Leno’s first time on The Tonight Show since he finished his hosting duties earlier this year. Leno concluded his second run on the late night show back in February. After originally leaving The Tonight Show in 2009, Leno retook his position as host from Conan O’Brien back in 2010 amid a great deal of controversy at NBC. Reportedly, Leno hasn’t spoken with O’Brien since he left NBC and moved to TBS, where he has been hosting his own late night talk show since Nov. 2010. When he...

Following his exit from hosting duties back in February, Jay Leno will return to "The Tonight Show" as a guest later this week.
Leno will sit down with current host Jimmy Fallon, his first time back on the "Tonight" set since his departure from NBC. He'll be there to promote his recent acceptance of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, which he received last month during a ceremony that will be broadcast on PBS on November 23.
Leno became the reigning king of late night when he took over "Tonight" in 1992, hosting the show until 2014 -- with a brief blip from 2009-2010, when Conan O'Brien was awarded the job. Leno took it back seven months later, and held on until NBC requested another late night shakeup, handing Fallon the coveted position earlier this year; Fallon's iteration of the show has been a big ratings success for the network.

New York (AP) Jay Leno is coming back to "The Tonight Show" -- at least for one night. The show's former host will be a guest on Jimmy Fallon's version of "Tonight" on Friday. It will be the first time he's been back at the NBC institution since signing off after nearly 22 years as host last February. Fallon moved the show from California to New York and quickly established himself as the new king of late-night TV. Leno briefly appeared in one of Fallon's TV parodies, "House of Cue Cards," but has not returned as a guest. There was some talk after Leno left that he might make a guest appearance on David Letterman's competing CBS show. That hasn't happened yet, but the "Late Show'' said Leno has a "standing offer'' to appear before Letterman retires next year. For his first time back in late-night, Leno remained loyal to NBC.
