- Denise Deems is a historical novelist and screenwriter. Her novel Evelyn Blake: Killed in Action, the sequel to Missing in Action, debuted on Amazon in January, 2016. Denise is hard at work on her new feature screenplay THE MISCHLING, set in WWII Germany. When she's not writing, Denise is the owner and head designer of The WWII Soldier, a prop house specializing in WWI and WWII props. She has worked with museums, historians, and movie productions around the world, including Mel Gibson's HACKSAW RIDGE and Christopher Nolan's DUNKIRK, Although her house looks a WWII museum, Denise is an avid gamer and technophile.
