Josh Flagg is moving to a new home — a new home brokerage, that is.
The celebrity real estate agent and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star is joining Compass in its Beverly Hills Office, as Flagg reveals exclusively to The Hollywood Reporter.
“I made the strategic decision to join the top brokerage in the country. Compass’ sterling reputation, extensive network, cutting-edge agent resources, and unwavering commitment to professionalism align perfectly with my values and business goals,” says Flagg in a statement. “With this new partnership, I am confident I will gain access to new opportunities for growth and deliver exceptional results for my clients.” (In 2022, according to RealTrends, Compass did $228 billion in residential sales in the U.S., placing it at No. 1 in the country by volume.)

Three more delicious reasons to visit Century City are coming soon, thanks to a bold plan from the Reuben Brothers.
“I’ve been doing this my whole life. I understand how to operate big buildings,” billionaire developer David Reuben Jr. says of his vision for the city.
His firm is currently displaying their prowess with Century Plaza, the $2.5 billion, six-acre complex located alongside Avenue of the Stars in Century City. It is comprised of the luxury condo towers Park Elm at Century Plaza (formerly Century Tower Residences), the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel, public parks, and 100,000 square feet of retail space.
Reuben knew they had an important gap to fill in Century City. “I live here, I work here, I want to be able to go to a cool restaurant at nighttime,” Reuben says. “The guys at Jp Morgan want to take their clients somewhere that’s not Din Tai Fung.

On top of Rihanna’s myriad other business endeavors — she sings, she’s a cosmetics mogul with her own Fenty Beauty brand, she’s a lingerie tycoon and fashion designer — the “Umbrella” crooner is also a budding real estate mogul, with five multimillion-dollar homes in Los Angeles alone. And if you’ve got an extra $80,000 burning a proverbial hole in your pocket, you could have the honor of calling Rihanna your landlord for a full month.
With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across 7,600 square feet of mansion-sized living space, the Coldwater Canyon mansion is the ideal place for any oligarch to recover from the Covid blues in style. Rihanna purchased the house late last year for $13.8 million, adding to her impressive cache of homes. Break up the boys club. When “Million Dollar Listing New York” returns to Bravo on May 6 for Season 9, the show’s first female broker, Kirsten Jordan, will join the series, TheWrap has learned. Jordan’s debut episode will have a supersized runtime of 75 minutes.

As you’ll see in the trailer, the New York City mass exodus is in full swing due to the coronavirus pandemic. And for some reason, there’s a llama in a luxury apartment. (Or is it an alpaca? We can never keep those two straight.)
Plus, Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund are fighting like llamas and alpacas. (We’re sure some of them fight — they can’t all be friends.)

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” may not have as much interpersonal melodrama as Netflix competitor “Selling Sunset,” but the Bravo series about high-priced real estate and the high-energy personalities who sell it is not lacking for theatrics.
Josh Altman, one of the five “Million Dollar Listing L.A.” stars, told TheWrap that his show’s success actually regenerates its own drama. This cyclical effect is somewhat unique to Altman’s industry, and it probably helps explain how this “Million Dollar Listing” installment is entering its 12th season.
In Episode 1201, Altman and rival Josh Flagg pair up to sell an insane La Jolla home nicknamed “The Razor,” one that is said to have inspired Tony Stark’s resident in the “Ironman” movies and comes with a price tag of $30 million. Altman and Flagg’s cooperation here is unusual. They’re usually battling each other — as well as co-stars Tracy Tutor, James...
