Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ son, Christian “King” Combs, was named in a lawsuit accusing the younger Combs of sexually assaulting and drugging a woman.
The lawsuit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, also names Sean as a co-defendant for chartering the yacht where the incident occurred between Christian and the woman.
The woman, Grace O’Marcaigh, worked on the yacht as a crew member and bartender. O’Marcaigh claimed that in December 2022, Christian gave her spiked tequila and began to grope her.
The suit states, “The drinks made everything blurry, unusually quickly,” after Christian insisted O’Marcaigh take tequila shots. O’Marcaigh said Christian then became aggressive, grabbing her arm and groping her breasts and genitals. Microphones in the studio captured audio of O’Marcaigh telling Christian to stop.
Christian’s father also is accused of aiding the assault. Sean has several sexual assault allegations of his own.

Sean “Diddy” Combs and his youngest son, Christian “King” Combs, 26, have been named in a new lawsuit that accuses the younger Combs of sexually assaulting a woman who was working on a luxury yacht chartered by the Combs family for a 2022 winter trip in St. Martin.
The 31-page complaint, filed late Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, comes after a recent series of lawsuits alleging that Sean Combs, 54, sexually assaulted four women and one man on separate occasions between 1990 and 2023. Combs, whose homes were raided last week as part...

Misa Hylton, a celebrity stylist who shares son Justin Combs with Sean “Diddy” Combs, on Tuesday posted clips of a recent raid on the embattled entertainment mogul’s Los Angeles home.
An Instagram video on Hylton’s page appearing to contain surveillance footage from the property shows three large vehicles arriving at the home and many armed agents pouring into the compound. One agent looks to be tampering with a camera capturing the entrance, pointing it away from the grounds and into bushes. In a hallway inside the home, Christian “King” Combs,...

On March 25, federal agents raided two of Diddy’s luxury properties as part of an investigation into sex trafficking. After completing interviews with three women and one man in Manhattan, authorities seized firearms and personal phones. We know the allegations are connected to sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms. But many are still curious about Diddy’s home and details of the raid. Here’s what we know:

Sean “Diddy” Combs’s ex-girlfriend Yung Miami is now being roped into his legal troubles, accused of transporting narcotics for him in additions filed Monday to Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against the rapper-mogul, according to updated court documents.
Caresha Romeka Brownlee, 30, is accused of transporting the drug referred to as “pink cocaine” for Combs in April, according to details added to the $30 million lawsuit Rodney Jones Jr., the music producer also known as Lil Rod, filed against Combs in February.
In 25 pages added to Jones’ filing on Monday and obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, the suit claims the 54-year-old was partial toward the so-called “pink cocaine” or “2C-b” or “tuci.” The drug is classified as phenylethylamine 2C-b and is a combination of ecstasy and cocaine; Diddy was obtaining the drugs from Brendan Paul, Diddy’s accused drug mule, who was recently arrested. Super producer Sean “Diddy” Combs is in the midst of a high-profile investigation as federal agents intercepted his plane and conducted raids on his properties in Los Angeles and Miami, on Monday.
Video footage shows the rapper, 54, surrounded by a team of law enforcement officials at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport.
Combs, in a white T-shirt and blue pants, stood with his entourage as federal agents engaged in a conversation with him. The encounter reportedly occurred moments before the arrest of Brendan Paul, 25, an acquaintance of Combs, who was apprehended and booked on drug charges. Authorities discovered drugs suspected to be cocaine and marijuana edibles in Paul’s possession, but these substances have not been linked to Combs. Paul was subsequently released on a $2,500 bond.
Earlier that day, law enforcement officers from Los Angeles and Miami executed the seizure of Combs’ phones and computers as part of an ongoing federal investigation into sex trafficking.

Update: In a strongly worded statement to the media, Diddy (aka Sean Combs) and his lawyer called the Homeland Security raids a “witchhunt.” Here’s a statement via his attourney Aaron Dyer:
“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated. Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way. This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent...

Two homes owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs were raided by the US Department of Homeland Security on Monday (March 25th) in connection to an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation. Now, Combs’ lawyer is claiming that officials employed a “gross overuse of military-level force.”
In a statement released on Tuesday, Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, alleges that there was an “excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities,” and that Combs’ children and employees were “treated” poorly. The statement also claims that Combs “spoke to and cooperated with authorities,” and has not been arrested or otherwise restricted by law enforcement.
Dyer’s statement goes on to call the raid an “unprecedented ambush,” and the allegations against Combs in general as part of a “witch hunt.” He concludes by saying that Combs “will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

It was an unbelievable scene as federal investigators raided Sean Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami homes Monday, with helicopters hovering above and uniformed officials marching inside the stately grounds to emerge with multiple, large boxes.
The Department of Homeland Security was behind the simultaneous coast-to-coast raids, carrying out a warrant reportedly issued by the Department of Justice — Southern District of New York. A source previously told Rolling Stone that four Jane Does and one John Doe already sat for interviews with Sdny investigators for a probe into Combs related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.

Matt Hutchins, the husband of late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins who was killed on the set of “Rust” in October, said in a new interview with “Today” that he was “so angry” that Alec Baldwin did not accept responsibility for her death.
Baldwin, the star and producer of the film, was holding the prop gun that discharged on set, killing Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza. In an on-camera interview with ABC News in December, Baldwin claimed he did not pull the gun’s trigger, saying: “I would never point a gun at anyone and pull a trigger at them. Never.”
In a clip from Hutchins’ interview with Hoda Kotb, which airs in full Thursday morning on “Today,” he was asked how he felt watching Baldwin’s television interview.
“Watching him I just felt so angry,” said Hutchins, who has a 9-year-old son with Halyna. “I was just so angry to...

Lawyers for Alec Baldwin and fellow “Rust” producers stated that “any claim that Alec was reckless is entirely false” in response to the new lawsuit filed by Halyna Hutchins’ family.
“Everyone’s hearts and thoughts remain with Halyna’s family as they continue to process this unspeakable tragedy,” Baldwin and ‘Rust’ attorney Aaron Dyer, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman said, via Deadline. “We continue to cooperate with the authorities to determine how live ammunition arrived on the ‘Rust’ set in the first place.”
The statement continued, “He (Baldwin), Halyna, and the rest of the crew relied on the statement by the two professionals responsible for checking the gun that it was a ‘cold gun’ – meaning there is no possibility of a discharge, blank or otherwise. This protocol has worked on thousands of films, with millions of discharges, as there has never before been an...

Mere hours after a wrongful death lawsuit was filed over the fatal shooting of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, lawyers for Alec Baldwin and fellow producers are declaring that “any claim that Alec was reckless is entirely false.”
This morning Hutchins estate attorney Brian Panish put blame on Rust producers and Baldwin for their negligence with safety during production of the Western that led to Hutchins being shot and killed by a prop gun discharged by the Oscar-nominated actor, an incident that also saw the pic’s director Joel Souza injured. Using an animated video to reconstruct the alleged incidents that occurred, Panish showed Baldwin cross-drawing and firing the gun straight at crew during a “line-up”.

The family of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Alec Baldwin and others involved in the film, alleging that reckless behavior and cost-cutting led to her death.
Hutchins was shot and killed on Oct. 21 while preparing for a scene at the Bonanza Creek Ranch near Santa Fe, N.M. Baldwin, the film’s star, was holding the gun when it fired, though he has stated that he did not pull the trigger. Hutchins was shot through the torso, and the bullet lodged in the shoulder of the director, Joel Souza. Hutchins was airlifted to a hospital in Albuquerque, where she died.
She left behind her husband, Matthew Hutchins, and the couple’s 9-year-old son.
“He lost his long-term wife who was the love of his life, and his son lost a mother,” said Brian Panish, who represents Hutchins’ estate, at a press conference announcing the suit.

Alec Baldwin turned over his phone to authorities on Friday as part of the investigation into the fatal shooting on the set of “Rust,” nearly a month after investigators obtained a search warrant allowing them to seize it.
Baldwin gave the phone to law enforcement in Suffolk County, N.Y., who will download the data and provide relevant material to the Santa Fe County (N.M.) Sheriff’s Office, said Juan Rios, a sheriff’s spokesman.
The sheriff’s office is seeking information that will help piece together a timeline leading up to Oct. 21, when Baldwin fired a Colt .45 revolver during the set-up for a scene, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza. Baldwin was told that the gun was “cold,” meaning it contained only dummy rounds, and has said that he does not expect to face charges in the case. Weeks after a search warrant was issued for Alec Baldwin’s cell phone, the Rust star has given the device to police for their probe into the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins last October in New Mexico.
Sought by the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office to help determine what actually occurred on the Bonanza Creek Ranch set of the indie Western, the iPhone has been handed over to Suffolk Country police in New York state, near one of the multi-Emmy winner’s residences.
After much back and forth during the Christmas break with Santa Fe D.A.’s office over some of the private contents of the phone, Baldwin’s iPhone was delivered today. Now possessing the necessary password to unlock the phone, the Empire State police and other law enforcement will examine the device for what I’m told is “relevant information” before it is sent to the Land of Enchantment.
