Ugo Nwachuku
- Actor
Ugo Nwachuku was born on February 8, 1994 in Lagos, Nigeria to Lucky Nwachuku a brewery manager and Florence Nwachuku a doctor of communication. After being heavily influenced by bootleg DVD's, Ugo aspired to be a black actor in the guise of Jim Carrey. Being drawn to his selfless, carefree, eccentric comedic style, Ugo hoped to see more black actors play such roles.
After a string of successful theatre classes and a Shakespeare production in Philadelphia, Ugo left the acting world as he felt he would not be successful due to his Nigerian accent. After a few years, Ugo was urged back into acting by those close to him and has since continued his training in Vancouver.
Ugo now works frequently as an actor in Vancouver in theatre productions, commercials and independent film projects and is signed to Trisko talent agency.
