Alessandro Oliveri is an Italian freelance cinematographer based in London, England. He is passionate about still and moving images. He has gained experience in using industry level Camera and Lighting equipment by shooting several short films and adverts as DoP, Camera Operator, 1AC and Gaffer. He can operate many cameras such as Arri Alexa, Canon C300, Black Magic Production Camera, Sony a7s and others. Besides filming he usually edits, colour corrects and grades his own videos. He loves working on set with many different specialties, with everyone aiming for the same result: to convey a message through 24 frames per second. He's aspiring to further develop his skills and knowledge, in order to master lighting and camera techniques.
Between April 2018 and July 2021 he worked as a Kitroom Technician at Shift 4 in London, England. Between March and September 2015 he worked as a Wedding Videographer at Fine Art Photography Manuel Tomaselli in Italy. Between February and June 2015 he worked as a camera operator intern at TelePordenone in Italy.
Between 2016 and 2017 he completed a masters degree in Cinematography for Film and Television, at Bournemouth University, in Bournemouth, England. Between 2012 and 2016 he completed a bachelors degree in Multimedia Science and Technologies, at the Università degli Studi di Udine, in Udine, Italy. In 2014 he completed an exchange study programme called Erasmus, in Film, Cinema and Video Studies, at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in Barcelona, Spain.
