- Auditioned for the role of Harlan Briggs in Paramount's show Wolf Pack but lost out to Tyler Lawrence Gray. After watching the first episode, Abner was glad he was not cast and Wolf Pack was canceled after 1 season.
- Although, The 2023 TV Film, Taken in Montana, was Abner's first leading film, he was so embarrassed by it and vowed to never participate in a film like that again.
