To combat the ominous atmosphere of the Ides of March, Netflix has another Lindsay Lohan film, “Irish Wish,” which is now streaming. The follow-up to “Falling for Christmas” in Lohan’s deal with the streamer to make two films, “Irish Wish” focuses on love, luck and a little bit of magic in the rom-com that arrives right before Saint Patrick’s Day.
Lohan portrays a smart book editor, except when it comes to matters of her heart. It takes a wish granted by a mystical woman out in the beautiful Irish countryside to get Maddie to realize that what she hopes and dreams for might not be what she wants or should want in life.
Featuring music from Lohan’s younger sister, Aliana, and a guest appearance from her brother, Dokota, the cast is stacked with other familiar faces as well. We’ve rounded up the “Irish Wish” cast and...

How will Charlotte Heywood’s story end? PBS has dropped a new preview for Sanditon Season 3, and from the looks of things, there’s going to be a lot going on in the final six episodes of the fan-favorite period drama. The teaser hints that Charlotte and Alexander Colbourne still have feelings for each other, despite her engagement to Ralph Starling. Meanwhile, Georgiana is fighting to maintain her independence. There are also clues that romance could be in the air for Colbourne’s teenage niece Augusta, though the man she seems to have her eye on may not be entirely suitable.

Liars were exposed and two romances came to an abrupt end on Sanditon‘s exciting Season 2 finale Sunday night on PBS.
The moment of truth came for artist Charles Lockhart when Sidney’s trunk arrived from Antigua containing a letter that warned Tom and Arthur about the portraitist and his desire to steal Georgiana’s sizable inheritance. Tom, Mary and Arthur showed up to the Hankins’ home just in time to stop Georgiana from running away and marrying the charlatan, and the dreamy young woman was once again disabused of her blind trust in romance.

The fight for Charlotte’s love has officially begun on PBS’ Sanditon now that our favorite heroine has spent considerable time with both Alexander Colbourne and Colonel Francis Lennox.
Her connection seemed to be the strongest with Alexander because Charlotte helped him calm Hannibal, his horse, who got spooked upon hearing the Redcoats’ gunshots. An impressed Alexander watched in awe as Charlotte bravely approached the horse and explained she grew up caring for the animals. He returned the favor by helping the governess find Leo, who was mischievously hiding in a tree.

It’s one thing to know that Charlotte lost Sidney to Eliza Campion on Sanditon, but it’s something altogether different to discover that death would soon steal him away forever.
Fans learned that the brooding and handsome hero succumbed to Yellow fever three months after marrying for money when Season 2 of the Masterpiece on PBS series premiered on Sunday. (So, this is how the show chose to deal with star Theo James’ departure.) The installment opened with the juxtaposition between Charlotte dancing and laughing with her friends and family at a party in her hometown, and Sidney’s cold and impersonal funeral in Antigua.
