Daughter of an Army vet, Jessica was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She is the middle child to an older brother, David, and a younger sister, Jackie. When she was 3, her family relocated to San Francisco, California until she was 12 years old. They moved to Anaheim, California where Jessica stayed until she moved to Los Angeles to pursue higher education.
While in school, she signed with a commercial agent and booked her first commercial for Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch. She continued to book commercials, which helped her pay off her education. A year later, Jessica signed with a theatrical agent and booked her first television role as Alyssa, the white ranger on Disney's Power Ranger's Wild Force.

Damon Harman is a veteran entertainment producer and director. Most recently serving as the executive producer of several live-streamed, interactive shows on Twitch including, Elevated presented by Progressive and CelebriTee Showdown presented by American Family Insurance, with a number of additional branded content projects in development with major brands.
Damon's substantial television career has included over 400 episodes of programming for national networks and production companies, including MTV Worldwide, MTV Networks, Universal, E! and Fox Family Network. He has also produced hundreds of commercials for brands such as Coca-Cola, Emporio Armani and Calvin Klein.
Digital content and integration is not new to Damon. He produced and directed "Making the Game" for the global fund (RED) presented by Coca-Cola for MTV Worldwide. The show inspired collective contributions across 54 countries through in-app-purchases. A small team of developers led by Damon built the app game entitled "THRED" in 30 days.
He also founded Kontrol Mobile in 2004, a gaming and content channel on the 3G Sprint Network prior to the launch of Apple's iPhone and App Store. More recently Harman Co-Founded GRapp and served as the Chief Content Officer creating mobile games of skill tournaments in many popular game genres people are already playing today.
Damon has also spent numerous years as a production consultant and has helped clients find new ways of monetizing existing content and creating new content formats for digital distribution. He has been responsible for driving over 30 million dollars in production services and sponsorship revenue over a 26 year career.
Damon serves as the Chief Content Officer of Integrated Content, a creative agency with a focus on live and interactive digital content. As a certified Twitch Expert and Amazon Ads partner, IC develops influencer lead campaigns for major brands that integrate their messaging into story-driven content that interacts with an engaged audience.
