Upon graduating USC film school in 2000, Brian worked for James Cameron brother Mike Cameron at Dark Matter LLC (now defunct)in Valencia, California- filming behind the scenes and underwater footage for Ghosts of the Abyss (2003) aboard
On his free time, Brian filmed and edited footage for friend and original Battlestar Galactica (1978) star Richard Hatch sci-fi project, The Great War of Magellan (2005).
Both Richard Hatch and Pan's Labyrinth (2006) star Doug Jones spoke at Brian's funeral. Mike Cameron also attended.
Used to frequent Hooters in Santa Monica, ordering hot wings and strawberry lemonade. He also loved eating at El Cholo's restaurant in L.A.
Enjoyed photography and flying airplanes.
