- In 1942, British pilot Jimmy Briggs crashes his aeroplane in occupied France and immediately finds himself on the run from the Nazis.

- Returning from their unexpected trip to Mars the crew of MR4 intercept a distress signal from Captain Wilson, a U.S astronaut, and must change course for Venus to attempt a rescue in space. However, through the space periscope, Brown sees what appears to be a settlement or a city of some sort. Desperate to investigate, Brown edits Wilson's message and tricks the crew into landing Venus so as they can rescue him.

As a result, all the artificial personalities that manage the ship are also affected. You'll need to deal with a DeskBot, a BellBot, a BarBot not to mention a sarcastic parrot, a proud elevator and a stupid bomb. Without time or consideration to any other options, you find yourself quickly shanghaied aboard the Titanic, given an cheap, economy-sized room and put in charge of fixing the puzzling situation aboard the ship.

- A secondary mission in a new rocket, MR4 (Moon Rocket 4), to the Moon takes off from Buchan Island. This time Henderson takes the lead role as pilot accompanied by Professor Wedgewood's oldest son Geoff as radio operator, Professor Mary Meadows, Henderson's niece Margret along with Hamlet. One of the crew turns out to be the science writer named Harcourt Brown. Brown has plans to divert the ship to Mars as he is determined to prove that there is life on the planet. Brown succeeds in getting MR4 to Mars, but with the length of the journey, the crew decide that the only way to get home is to find water on Mars.
- When Tex Granger rides into Three Buttes, Helen Kent persuades him to buy the local newspaper. However, loan shark Rance Carson appoints the bandit Blaze Talbot as town marshal to act as his enforcer and soon the town is in chaos. With fighting between rival gangs, Tex dons a mask to become The Midnight Rider of the Plains and bring the criminals to justice.

- Buffalo Bill Cody comes to aid the miner Rocky Ford and a group of ranchers in their defeat of a local crime lord, King Carney, who is trying to keep the new railroad out of the territory in order to carry on with his illegal operations. Rocky then asks Cody to don the disguise of a legendary masked man, known as ''The Ridin' Terror'', who once before smashed outlaw rule in the area. In response, Cody enlists the support of Rocky, the settler Reb Morgan and his sister Ruth, and plans offensive strategy to eradicate Carney and his outlaws.
- Professor Norman Wedgewood and his team are planning another rocket mission to the Moon. Once again, Geoff, Valerie and Jimmy are on hand to witness the launch of a new rocket MR1 (Moon Rocket 1), along with journalist friend Conway Henderson.
- Sherlock Holmes receives a letter from a Nathan Garrideb of 136 Little Ryder Street, asking for help in a most peculiar quest. He is looking for another man with his unusual surname, for it will mean a $5 million inheritance for him. He has been approached by another man, John Garrideb of Kansas, who says that he needs to find others with the same last name.
- Graeme Warrack was Divisional Chief Doctor of the 1st Airborne Division at the Battle of Arnhem. With other doctors, medical personnel and padres, he stayed behind with the wounded. The first improvised hospital was a German-occupied Dutch military barracks at Apeldoorn. From here the wounded were transported to prisoner of war camps in Germany. As the last of the wounded left, Colonel Warrack escaped.
- US Deputy Marshal Dan Lawson teaming up with RCMP Sergeant Gray to go undercover and capture the nefarious smuggler Bart Randall. Lawson, posing as an outlaw called Laramie, is ready to infiltrate the gang led by Randall, a self-styled Gun Emperor of the Northwest, who is wanted for murder and bank robbery in the United States. In addition to the difficulties inherent in the mission, Lawson has other issues to deal with, including the use of a fake totem and flying a hydraplane to overawe the Native Americans and renegade whites. He also is aided in his search by Donna Blaine, who is suspected at first of giving information to Randall, but who in reality is a Canadian secret agent investigating Randall's illegal gun trading with the Indians.
- In 1812, during the French period, large parts of Germany are occupied by the troops of Napoleon. Several paramilitary Freikorps units battle the French forces, among them the Black Brunswickers led by the 'Black Duke' Frederick William of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. After the War of the Fifth Coalition, the Black Hussars are pursued by Napoleon throughout the country, but frequently take refuge with the noble-minded German people.
- Buck Sherman and Jake Jackson, a couple of evil carpetbaggers, illegally enter a Navajo reservation to prospect for gold and end up killing Aranho, the Navajos chief. Black Arrow, presumed Aranho's son, refuses to kill the Indian agent, Tom Whitney, in revenge, as demanded by Navajo law. Then, he is driven off the reservation for his reluctance to kill Whitney and decides to join forces with Pancho, Mary Brent and the agent to go in search of the men who killed the chief.
- In 1924, veteran Bolshevik Petrov, a resident of Tsaritsyn, carries a letter to Vladimir Lenin, to inform him of the Kulak brigands that roam the land, spreading death and misery. The Kulaks murder him. His widow, Varvara, continues his quest, joining a group that travels to Moscow. When they arrive, they discover that Lenin is dead. In the Kremlin, Vyacheslav Molotov tells Anastas Mikoyan that now, Grigory Zinoviev, Lev Kamenev and Nikolai Bukharin will attempt to subvert the party by attacking Stalin, Lenin's devout disciple. Stalin, mourning his teacher's passing away, carries a eulogy in the funeral, calling for all attendants and all the people of the Soviet Union to vow to maintain his legacy. The people swear. Varvara sees Stalin and hands him over the blood-stained letter entitled "To Lenin". Varvara's son, Sergei, becomes an inventor, developing the first Soviet tractor with Stalin's encouragement. Her other son, Alexander, becomes manager of the Stalingrad Tractor Factory. Stalin leads the people of the USSR in implementing the Five-Year Plans and in industrializing their country, in spite of Bukharin's resistance. American saboteurs burn the Tractor Factory, killing Varvara's daughter, Olga. As the Germans threaten world war, Sergei travels to Paris, to warn of the impending danger. The French and the British reject Soviet warnings. As the Second World War begins, the two sons volunteer for the front. At the end of the war, Varvara and Stalin meet again in the Kremlin. Stalin kisses her hand, in recognition of the Soviet mothers' contribution to victory, telling her that soon, all that Lenin has foreseen would be fulfilled.
- Marty McFly, Emmett Brown, and Jennifer Parker go to 2015 to improve the future. While there, two tasks need to be accomplished, including surviving a hoverboard chase, and escorting Jennifer out of the McFly residence without being seen by any of the McFly family. Then they head back to 1985, and discover that it's been changed for the worse by the elderly Biff Tannen, who stole the DeLorean time machine in 2015. Now Marty must fight his way through a dystopian Hill Valley, and confront Biff Tannen to discover when his older self gave him the Grays Sports Almanac to make himself rich and corrupt Hill Valley in the process. Marty and Doc head back to 1955, where Marty must complete a puzzle while his younger self is playing on stage at the Enchantment Under the Sea dance, before time runs out, to ensure that Biff's gang doesn't prevent Marty's original return to 1985. Finally, Marty has to survive a final hoverboard chase against Biff Tannen, in order to take back the almanac and restore 1985 to its former condition.
- The film opens with a newspaper from the distant future of October 5, 2000 with headlines reading "Space Travel to Mars" and "tax cuts." The protagonist of the short begins by debating whether to buy a new car or not as his family watches 3-D television. A show then comes on explaining the history of the automobile. The show within the show moves through the beginning of the 20th century starting with hand cranking cars and topless buggies. The clip moves through the decades explaining new inventions like windshield wipers and suspension systems.
- As a result of environmental pollution during the 1970s and the 1980s, the natural environment has largely been destroyed in 2009. The use of pesticides killed off plants with only insects surviving, smog is a permanent problem. Germany has partly turned to a steppe landscape and the share of oxygen in the air has fallen to 16%. Telerop is a television channel which reports from this disaster zone of Germany.
