Did you know
- TriviaMary Ann Jackson's answer to the question of "What did George Washington say, when crossing the Delaware?" is a reference to the Helen Kane song "What Did Cleopatra Say?", which was introduced in Paramount on Parade (1930).
- Quotes
Miss June Crabtree: [asking the children different questions] Jackie Cooper!
[Jackie stands up]
Miss June Crabtree: Who was the Hunchback of Notre Dame?
Jackie: Lon Chaney!
[Miss Crabtree is surprised at the answer, and Jackie sits down]
- Crazy creditsThe opening credits of three Hal Roach "Little Rascal" two-reel film shorts are spoken by identical twin sisters, Betty Mae Crane & Beverly Crane, instead of being shown on screen in traditional title 'cards'. The duo verbally introduced just three "Little Rascals" films: Teacher's Pet (1930), School's Out (1930) and Love Business (1931). Speaking together, their introduction begins, "Dear Ladies and Gentlemen - Hal Roach presents for your entertainment and approval His Rascals, in their latest Our Gang Comedy", followed by the title. They then alternate, naming the director, cinematographer, and others in the primary production crew. They finish with a flourish, bowing to the audience (camera) as they speak together again, "We thank you."

Protectin' Teacher With The Little Rascals
An OUR GANG Comedy Short
SCHOOL'S OUT for lunch when Miss Crabtree's brother comes looking for her. Mistaking him for a possible suitor, the Gang quickly develops plans to get rid of him...
A funny little film. Highlight: Question & Answer time. June Marlowe plays pretty Miss Crabtree and Creighton Hale appears as her brother Jack..
