- Prof. Strowski: Now I am here, sent to bring you home.
- Dr. Eric Vornoff: Home? I have no home. Hunted, despised, living like an animal! The jungle is my home. But I will show the world that I can be its master! I will perfect my own race of people. A race of atomic supermen which will conquer the world! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
- Margie: Hi, Janet.
- Janet Lawton: Oh, hi, Margie.
- Margie: Janet, still on the monster hunt?
- Janet Lawton: What do you think?
- Margie: I think the boss has been looking for you all day. Something about the police wanting those monster stories 86ed. You've got the whole town in a panic.
- Janet Lawton: I didn't hear you.
- Margie: I said...
- Janet Lawton: [interrupting] I heard what you said, but I didn't hear you.
- Margie: I get it. See you later.
- Janet Lawton: When did I tell you my name?
- Dr. Eric Vornoff: You didn't. But since you were unconscious, I took the liberty of looking into your purse.
- Lt. Dick Craig: This swamp is a monument to death. Snakes, alligators, quicksand... all bent on one thing: destruction.
- Dr. Eric Vornoff: One is always considered *mad* if one discovers something that others cannot grasp!
- Dr. Eric Vornoff: My dear Professor Strowsky, twenty years ago, I was banned from my home land, parted from my wife and son, never to see them again. Why? Because I suggested to use the atom elements, for producing super beings, beings of unthinkable strength and size. I was classed as a madman, a charlatan, outlawed in a world of science which previously honored me as a genius. Now here in this forsaken jungle hell I have proven that I am all right. No, Professor Strowski, it is no laughing matter.
- Lt. Dick Craig: You think there's anything in these monster stories?
- Captain Tom Robbins: Your girlfriend does.
- Lt. Dick Craig: What about you?
- Captain Tom Robbins: The police don't believe in monsters. Facts are our business. Facts and only facts... and don't you forget it.
- [to one of his victims]
- Dr. Eric Vornoff: You will be as big as a giant! With the strength of 20 men! Or... like all the others... dead!
