When Johnny is attacked by the nymphos, one woman is shown in a close-up writing on the wall while singing about coffee and tea. When the perspective shifts to include the women attacking Johnny, the woman is shown having only written "I love coffee".
In a shot change during the fight scene in the kitchen, a bent table leg is abruptly straight, the pots and pans on the stove in the background and the position of the unconscious orderly change as Johnny pulls Wilkes across the prep counter.

When Cathy is visiting Johnny at the hospital, she kisses him passionately and he reacts wildly, telling her never to do that again. She is completely surprised and doesn't understand his strong reaction. Considering she was pretending to be his sister and had reported him for attempted incest which is what got him committed to the hospital, it made no sense that she would kiss him in front of hospital staff familiar with his case. Johnny's reaction was strong but correct.
