When Doris is chased through the woods by the bees, it is a grey overcast day, yet the close up shots of the hovering swarm feature a bright blue sky without a cloud in sight
The coroner returns a verdict of "death by misadventure" after Mrs. Hargrove's death. This should have been a verdict of "accidental death" as there is no indication that Mrs. Hargrove took any willful risk leading up to the fatal bee attack.
Toward the end of the movie, Vicki pulls a burning log out of the fireplace to ward off the bees and holds it in front of her. You can clearly see that the smoke filling the room is coming not from the log but from somewhere under Vicki, even though the room has not caught on fire yet, and the fireplace was not generating any smoke.
