Sex & Nudity

  • There is a rape scene in this film. It occurs halfway through. A cowboy (played by a young David Carradine of all people) chases a young Indian woman into a barn and tackles her. The rape scene is quite lengthy and is shown from her point of view. Though there is no nudity, it is very intense and can be too scary for underage viewers to watch.
  • A bare-chested man and a nude prostitute wearing only nylons lie in a bed. Her uncovered breasts and thighs are on display. Her nude buttocks are shown in closeup as she rises from the bed and leaves the room.
  • After the rape scene, the perpetrator is shown leaving the barn. Though he is fully clothed, his very obvious erection is shown sticking in his pants.
  • A woman meditates outside naked. She is shown from a distance and only a side-view of her body is visible. Her breasts are obscured by her hair and the rest of her body by farm objects.

Violence & Gore

  • At the beginning and Indian is chased by two cowboys. The cowboys proceed to drag him across the ground and through a river before tying him up under a tree and hanging him. He is then strangled to death.
  • The protagonist beats a rapist to a bloody pulp in the streets.
  • A man has his head sheared by the antagonists. This scene is more nightmarish than what the typical viewer would probably be expecting and is very intense and painful for the person. He later takes revenge by scalping and killing the perpetrator with the shears before being shot to death.
  • A man has his throat impaled by a pair of shears. No blood but still graphic.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A very intense and dark film. The rape scene and other scenes of violence can be hard to watch.
