Sidney Resnick's eyes are transplanted into Claudia Menlo. In spite of the fact that Resnick's eyes are brown, Miss Menlo's eyes are still blue after the operation.
In the opening segment, the proximity and arrangement of the trees and headstones of the family graveyard varies wildly between shots and points of view; particularly the direction in which the prominent "Hendricks" monument faces and where the small tree outside the window is.
In "Escape Route" the rate at which Richard Kiley's faucet drips varies between shots.
During the "Escape Route" segment, Israeli agents hold a photo of wanted war criminal SS-Gruppenfuhrer (Major General) Helmuth Arndt. However, the photograph shows Kiley wearing the one-of-a-kind uniform worn by Reichsfuhrer-SS Heinrich Himmler.
At the beginning of the Joan Crawford segment, we're told that Miss Menlo lives on Fifth Avenue. But the opening shot is on Park Avenue, not Fifth.
When Miss Menlo is talking about regaining her sight, she says that she's going to "drink in Central Park" in the 12 or so hours of sight she'll gain from her operation. But at the end of her time while the blackout of 1965 is still on she has a few moments of looking at the sunrise over Central Park. She even comments about how beautiful the sun is. But a Fifth Avenue Penthouse with a park view would face West, where the sun sets, not East where it rises. They should have written it as Sutton Place, which would have a river view to the East.
