Filmed in and copyrighted 1972, but not released until 1974.
By design or coincidence, Monte Markham's character name Joseph Moroni would hold significance to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joseph was the name of the prophet, and Moroni the name of the angel who visited him. Further, by the film's end Joe has given up drinking coffee (forbidden by the LDS church). The historical Joseph Smith was also reported to have a predilection for younger women.
A pre-Charlie's Angels David Doyle has a single scene that takes place in the airport. This is virtually the same that can be said of his role in Coogan's Bluff (1968).
