Last week on The Voice, blind auditions continued on with the judges working to fill their teams with top notch talent. When Tuesday night’s episode came to a close, Blake was left shorthanded with the fewest number of team members and Adam and CeeLo tied for having the most seats filled on their teams. Here’s the breakdown as it stands going into tonight’s episode of The Voice:
Team Adam managed to score six new team members last week, bringing him to a total of eleven so far. Notable additions for the week included Melanie Martinez, whose acoustic version of “Toxic” was both interesting and bold. Former Nyu student Collin McLoughlin’s pure tone while singing “Wild World” was not only impressive, but downright soothing. Adam’s last pick of the week, Benji, the race car driver turned singer, was a definite stand out, having killed it...

Sitting down for Tuesday's episode of "The Voice" was like seeing a significant other for the first time after a really bad date. We were hesitant, but it's not time to break up yet. Luckily, the coadges changed their tune and chose some people who could actually sing.
There was a business school dropout, a high schooler, a teen mom, a mom mom, a former race car driver and sob stories were actually warranted. It was a shockingly balanced and logical evening on "The Voice." Plus, we learned Cee Lo's feet don't reach the ground in his spinny chair, which was less surprising, but equally entertaining.
And no, onto the audtionees ...
Collin McLoughlin
"Wild World," Cat Stevens
Collin McLoughlin (Do you think he's Irish? Also, does his name rhyme?) dropped out of business school at Nyu to pursue music full time, and boy, his parents were not pleased. But it's Ok,...

I loved the first battle last night. Those were two great guys paired together, and of course it was sad to see one go. James Massone has that great “How do you like them apples?” personality, and that storyline of true Boston grit and his family supporting his pursuit of music. And then Wade stole my heart, too. When we met him, he was a real student of music, listening to his iPod the whole day, singing Al Green. A little glimpse behind the scenes: when James and Wade went to rehearse, neither of them could sing “True Colors” at first.

The battle comes to an end at last on tonight’s edition of The Voice. Tonight’s competition: the single-named, oddly spelled opponents.
Battle 1: Cee Lo puts body shop worker James Massone against Wade with Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors.” (If you haven’t heard Eva Cassidy’s version, it’s also excellent.) The rehearsal is just painful. Babyface says Wade is like Al Green and there’s a calmness about him. Cee Lo says the song should move people.

If you're wondering whether or not Adam Levine feels intimidated by Simon Cowell's emerging fall juggernaut "The X Factor," the answer is "absolutely not."
The Huffington Post recently sat down with the Maroon 5 frontman to talk "The Voice," the new NBC show that he's producing and his newest endeavor--professional tea-taster.
The 32-year-old Maroon 5 frontman, along with his bandmates Jesse Carmichael, James Valentine, Michael Madden, and Matt Flynn, created a Snapple drink, Tea Will Be Loved (conveniently named after their famous song “She Will Be Loved"), to benefit Feeding America. As part of the partnership, Snapple and Maroon 5 will donate $250,000 to the Feeding America, an organization close to the frontman's heart.
"It's so great to be in a position where you can help," says Levine, "It seems like to not help out would be strange."
And Levine and his bandmates were involved in every step of the tediously tasty process.
