- At the start of the film, Alfie is caught lying with a topless woman. Her bare breasts are exposed. There is a passionate sex scene in which the woman's breasts are briefly exposed. The lead male's bare buttocks is seen while cleaning up after sex. A woman talks on the phone wearing her bra and no shirt. The lead man on different occasions likes to stick his hand up the skirt of women. Another sex scene is interrupted by a phone call. The woman picks up the phone and the man "goes down" on her. Another sex scene ends in climax, then the couple lay naked in bed, the woman's breats exposed. Late in the film, the lead male lies immobilized in bed, and a woman comes in, takes his clothes off, exposes her breasts, and has her way with him.
