It's Sandip Ray's debut directorial but the texture, the frames and the narrative technique will compel you to suspected whether it's ghost-directed by Ray himself.
Unlike Sandip Ray's later offerings which were laboured, lazy and lousy, Phatik Chand, with a stellar performance from Kamu Mukhopadhyay, stands out showing a lot of potential and promise.
