- A man mentions in detail that he has a big penis and only prostitutes can handle it because they are already stretched due to too much sex and that he hurts every vagina he enters into.
- A woman sees a nude stranger in a shower where she works, and his hairy, small penis is seen. They have a sexual encounter in the shower, although she does not remove her clothes.
- A voyeur has a prostitute watch him strip before they have sex, and he describes his body as he does so. Shortly after, the two have sex, although only their shoulders up are shown. It is implied he climaxes. The scene is intense, but played for laughs, and there is no real nudity.
- A man and woman remove each others clothes and play together to address the man's impotence.

- A dentist is a pedophile. Although he is not shown harming children, his presence and his eventual relationship to the main character's family is unsettling. A scene in which he treats a child patient, although nothing overtly untoward occurs, is disturbing. Viewers may also find the character's attitudes toward his presence disturbing.
