- A man and a woman have sex; this is shown in three separate scenes (woman on top, man from behind, and missionary), one after another.
- A man forces a kiss on the female lead while holding her down against her will; her shirt is open, exposing her breasts/torso, and his hand is inside her underwear rubbing at her. Her sounds are audible.
- A woman is seen completely naked with an older man. She gives him a sensual message and an (implied) handjob; he kisses and sucks her breasts. They then have sex.
- A woman is seen topless as a monster forces itself down her throat (a slighter variant of tentacle rape).
- The main female character is gang raped by three men, shown twice in succession. Nudity on her part is shown throughout and various sex acts are performed upon her (oral sex, fondling, rape at both ends, etc.), The scenes are sometimes partly obscured in the shadows, but titillating and exploitive in tone.
- A woman strips naked and attempts to seduce the male lead. She stands fully naked before him, with a few shots of her as her torso turns into a large vagina, complete with aroused throbbing and shining liquid ejaculate as said woman entices him with orgasmic speak.
- A sex scene takes place in a church with breasts, nipples visible where somewhat graphic but more tasteful sex takes place.

- The first scene takes place in a bar where a man is drinking liquor.
- Taki is depicted as a smoker, showing infrequent shots of him smoking cigarettes.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Wicked City is a moderately intense movie with a couple of frightening scenes.
- Three of the non-humans transform into something that may be frightening. The fights can be intense as well.
- Many of the scenes depicting sexual violence (in particular the repeated raping of the main female character) can be hard for some to watch. The violence in general, though, is mostly subdued and not really shocking. Despite being called horror, the film has more action and noir-style elements.
