• [In a heavenly aura with angelic music, Simon is looking at the Twins, Andy, and Larry] 

  Sam, Twin #1 : Are you telling the truth?

  Simon : Yeah

  Eric, Twin #2 : We don't believe you

  Sam, Twin #1 : Yeah, you're lying!

  The Pilot : [Walks up to them in his uniform, no longer delirious]  Why aren't you getting ready?

  Andy : Sir, is it really true?

  The Pilot : You bet it is. Simon's right, we're gonna be rescued. Get your things together guys, we're going home

  [Simon smiles, but then it's revealed to be a dream when it cuts to Simon waking up next to the Pilot, who is sleeping] 

• Larry : Anyone who wants to come up has to ask!

  Simon : Where are the others?

  Larry : They're hunting

  Simon : Where's the cave you found?

  [Larry, looking nervous, doesn't reply] 

  Simon : Don't you know where it is?

  Larry : Yeah, but I'm not going back. I already showed Jack and the others

  Simon : Tell me where it is

  Larry : You shouldn't go there

  Simon : I just wanna look, I've got a glow stick

  Larry : [Points ahead]  It's over there in the forest

• [the boys are looking for the Pilot. They find his clothes stuck between some boulders next to the sea] 

  Simon : Look!

  [Grabs the clothes] 

  Ralph : It's nobody's fault, Simon, he just didn't know what he was doing

  Simon : I don't think he's what you think, I don't think he's dead

  Ralph : Why not?

  Simon : Where are his shoes? We've gotta keep looking

  Ralph : He just swam out in 'em

  Simon : [Confused]  And his belt? He left his pants, and swam out in his shoes and belt?

  Ralph : He was crazy, Simon

• [the first night after the boys arrive on the island, they're all sleeping except Simon and the Pilot] 

  The Pilot : [Whispers]  Water... water...

  [Simon leaves, and by dawn he's made it to another part of the island, eventually finding a river. He drinks from it, then when he returns to all the other boys who are still sleeping, he wakes up Ralph] 

  Simon : Sir, sir. I found water

  [Cut to all the boys going to the river and drinking from it. Ralph, Jack, Roger, Pablo and Rapper walk to the highest point of the island, and are awed by the tremendous view]
